FINAL THOUGHTS...
For the first film that Monir and I have ever made together, and first fiction film for both of us, I am so amazed by how well it has gone, and what is starting to take shape. There is a slickness and high quality to the production value of the film, I have worked with an incredible team of people, and I have exceeded what I thought I could do as a producer and as an actress. I've made some great friends as well as contacts - an essential tool for any producer. I have a better understanding of how things work in pre-production and on set, the order of things, how to do things most logically. I also learnt that I can work very well with Monir, the director, which is great as it's one of the things I set out to discover with this project. As an actress, I am more comfortable being in front of the camera, I have found out how I work/how I work best, and discovered my inner animal - I'll put this to use next week when I start filming a mini-film in a feature - as a girl turning into a werewolf! I also have another script coming my way from another film Eben, the DP, is working on. Although this has been the hardest work I've ever had to put in to something, I could do this forever. I already miss it.
