A gift, she presumes. One that’s already accepted the moment it touches her skin. Gently, she runs her fingertips over the necklace, taking in it’s beauty. It takes a moment, but she pulls her gaze away from the jewelry and looks up to Phoenix, icy blue eyes inspecting his facial features carefully. “It’s absolutely beautiful, love. Thank you,” red lips curl into a smile as she peers into the mirror now, admiring the look of the diamonds against her pale skin. “I’ll look even more lovely tonight with this on, don’t you think?”

          His smile widens at heracceptance   &   enjoyment of his gift.   Diamonds are usually meant to enhanceone’s appearance, yet if anything , she is doing more favors for the necklace thanit is for her.   If it had feelings , Phoenix was more than positive that thediamonds would turn to emeralds upon her – green with jealousy.   He gazes intoher eyes   &   his heart swells.

          Phoenix stands in the doorway of their room for a moment , his eyes transfixing on the silhouette sitting at the vanity , her body bathing in a golden glow of bright lights.   He can feel a tickling sensation in his stomach.   The otherwise calm   &   collected man is only ever weak in the presence of his leading lady.   Shaking hands tightly grip a box covered in crushed black velvet.   Timid steps carry him closer to her.   Carefully , he removes a diamond necklace from its casing   &   places it around her neck – accentuating its slender elegance.   Rows upon rows of pear cut jewels sparkle dazzlingly , dripping around her shoulders   &   down her back.   Yet another extravagant gift to add to her collection , given for no reason other than love.   Though he smiles , he is unsatisfied.   Every jewel pales in comparison to her beauty.

so i’m 21 but i still call my father ‘daddy’. and the internet has really fucked up that word now. but in my phone, i have my father listed as ‘daddy’ with the dollar sign and money emojis next to it. so if someone ever goes in my phone, they will probably 100% think that’s my sugar daddy.
