@txrncoat liked for a starter.
“So I see you’re back for more....or is this something else?”

raising the glass of whiskey to his lips, ryland takes a long swig of the drink. it burns on its way down, but he can’t complain; these days, he feels nothing more than the familiar burn of alcohol sliding down his throat. it’s a comforting feeling, he finds, especially after a day like today. caught up in his own thoughts ( those of which mainly entail how much he’d made today & how much he’d taken away ) he hardly notices a man sitting down next to him.
❝ shit, sorry.. you waitin’ for anybody? i can move. ❞
@txrncoat may not want the clown candy but @lancelotdaycare is most definitely on it

❛ You seem like a man that enjoys fine cinematography. Tell me , are you fond of the Master of Suspense himself , ALFRED HITCHCOCK? ❜

The cloaked figure turned her head to the side upon sensing eyes upon her, her own alighting with curiosity. A mortal, there? She wasn’t a native nor did she have any Irish blood. Perhaps she was a tourist come to surf in the nearby Cliffs of Moher? It was a possibility, but the afternoon was cold and Ealga could see that a storm was coming. It wouldn’t be the wisest decision to brave those waters now.
Oh. And she was shivering, too.
Well, Ealga hadn’t anything to do today and it had been a while since she had entertained. Some conversation might very well do wonders for her own troubled mind.
“Child, would you care to come inside? I can make you some tea.” Mother Ireland’s smile was soft yet full of warmth.
