Hey guys, I wanted you to know that I’m 3 days binge free.

I know it probably doesn’t seem a lot to you, but to me it is a small win :)

Before I start restricting hard again I wanted to do a whole week binge free.

When I achieve that goal, I’ll go back to restricting hard.
