you're one of my favourite artists and seeing you mention how arash's music makes you nostalgic makes me really happy as an Iranian 😭 because his music is very nostalgic for me as well and I didn't even think he had much of a fanbase outside of Iran

thoughts visited me after scrolling Twitter and now I wonder about jealous Kalim... what type of jealous would he be...

Genuinely thinking about it: he would be sad jealous, because jealousy, if recognized, is a negative emotion, and especially if we talk about Kalim being jealous of someone getting close to Jamil – but Kalim is way too used to suppress negativity. And I think it would get worse if Kalim witnessed himself being replaced by someone else 😙 but I am curious to hear your thoughts on this. To be honest Kalim strikes me as a very secure guy who never gets jealous (being generous as his main trait), but any extreme case is possible.

And I also believe Jamil would try to make Kalim jealous on purpose because he is just evil like that (imo he'd be like the most jealous of them two, but he is unregulated and Kalim is just generally dissociative)

Hi Mel, a fellow Ukrainian here!! 👋🏻 I've been following you for some time now but never interacted before (I'm a bit socially awkward sorry lol) but I saw your previous ask reply and decided to finally say something 🤧 You are genuinely my favorite artist in the fandom, and knowing you are also Ukrainian warms my heart and soul even more! Your art is literally breathtaking to me, it never gets old no matter how many times I see it. I hope you'll make merch one day, I wanna cover my walls with it fr 😭😭 But that's beside the point. What I actually wanted to say is that I remember showing your drawings to my artist bestie, and the first time she saw them, she said that it's always inspiring to see when an artist is truly enjoying what they are drawing. I know you said that you don't really feel anything towards your drawings but somehow your art is evoking such feelings from a person who 1) does not know anything about twst and 2) is HIGHLY critical of artwork. I swear to God it's just as if the love itself (and not necessarily romantic) is seeping through your drawings 😭 I honestly can't remember if I've ever felt so much tenderness while looking at a piece of art as I do when I look at your stuff 🤧

Hi Fima, I've been in your anon asks at least once before, but I felt like coming here today because that drawing of KaliJami's sleepover actually made me cry. (/pos) I didn't exactly get why, but now I actually do; it's because you draw them as friends. I think your art of them to be so emotional and so heavy even in the smallest little bits that you do, it always made me melt and made me think for days after, and I kept thinking "why?" every time. At first i thought it was just because you're one of my favourite artists in the fandom, and undoubtedly my favourite when it comes to how you draw every character and their features. But I always felt like there was *something else* there, and now I get why!

You draw these two as (budding) friends, before you draw them romantically. You draw them as people and gives them emotions that don't intersect with one another without leaving the soul of each character intact. Your portrayal of KaliJami makes me melt because it's so honest and pure. It's them in the most teen-like scenarios, having fun be it dancing or at their sleepover or their more canon-centric scenarios like being looked over. You make them so silly too! Like that drawing of Kalim "introducing" Jamil to your oc that fw him heavy. Seriously I just. gahhh, I love your art so much. I look at your drawings every single time I want to draw a character because the way you get their features is just too beautiful.

I am really happy to hear my art brings you to emotions! Every day I wonder why so many people actually feel things towards my art and tell me about it because mostly I don't feel anything towards my own drawings. (adding some sketches I made last night, a lil romantic but still)

When it comes to any character, I really want to explore every possible side of them. Jamil and Kalim are insanely interesting, and it's worth exploring them independently of each other, but surely they are way too intertwined to fully exclude one from another's character.

I can go on about them for hours actually, too many possibilities and too much potential in their every decision and word!

And thank you for remembering Fima as well !! Their relationship is funny and I actually wanna draw more because her, Ruggie, Jamil and Kalim would be an insanely funny team.
