craaaaaving a plot inspired by the summer h.ikaru d.ied. following a freak accident, muse a's survival is heralded as a miracle by everyone except muse b. their childhood best friend can see through the act enough to know this... thing in the place of their friend is something sinister. allll the freaky, creepy, strange moments that makes your skin crawl. set in a location rife with supernatural happenings and disappearances... muse b clinging to muse a despite knowing they're nothing but a mimic of their deceased friend, muse a clinging to muse b because they have an obsession with them. each interaction feels like walking on eggshells because of how unpredictable muse a's true nature is. and throw in muse b being secretly in love with their best friend before their passing and now developing feelings for this creature wearing their skin.

ok but listen i really want a modern romeo and juliet plot. the capulet and montague families both own rivalling businesses set in london or nyc or la or somewhere industrial. romeo and juliet met at some elite party that neither of them were supposed to be at, and thus begins their immediate attraction and soon-after hidden love entanglement. they meet in the nooks and crannies of the city, places that their families would never think to look for them; they walk about the city in an almost disguise, under fake names so that they can enjoy themselves like normal people. it’s an illicit romantic affair, a forbidden love that can never come up to surface. they’re starcrossed lovers and no-one loves harder than them.
