Getting back into caring about my health has been so hard and I don’t know how to kickstart that drive again. I know it gets easier after a few days of eating right and exercising but I’ve been so off course for a while now, and I’m just disappointed. 

I want to be more active on my Tumblr with ideas for better meals and motivation to nourish my body and be the active person I want to be. I feel so much better when doing things that get me moving. So I’m looking at this as a restart.
