Totally forgot about tumblr (after I said I was back!)
Dad bought a rower so the motivation to workout is back again, I’ve done 15min today along with 15min on the exercycle. Yesterday 30min. It’s a lot easier to workout when you’ve got equipment inside when it’s dark at 5-5.30pm.
I’ve got a couple holidays in the coming 2-5 weeks, so it’s the last minute push to cut back on snacking because there’ll be lots of snacking then for sure, all about balance.
Overall I think I have a good 20kg to drop to be a healthy weight. I’m not sure I’ll go that far, I’ve been told I carry my weight well and people have mentioned that 20kg might be a bit much 🤷🏻♀️
