Emblem designs for the featured merchant guilds (which I hopefully do NOT add to!).

Muscotti Guild: a fleet of adventurous transporters with the widest global reach, led by Irina, and made of Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) vessels.

Amurscar Guild: led by Mc-Kinney Moller, this guild tends to favor long-distance travel over mass-scale deliveries and consists of Maersk Line ships.

Shozen Guild: Cosco Shipping fleet led by Beijing, they tend to act as mediators between opposing fleets, as resources can both cause and cure conflict.

Vers-Verz Guild: Hamburg-Express's fleet of Hapag-Lloyd vessels, they tend to keep the other guilds' focus on their work when rivalries and competition hamper their duties.

Namaka Salvage: a minor guild of Matson vessels that exclusively serves Columbia's fleet, moving materials to and from Columbia bases and Pearl Island. Kamokuiki is part of this guild.

The never-ending struggle between Athena Doll and Charybdis leaves much scrap material in its wake. What happens to all that discarded metal and electronics? That's where the merchant guilds come in! These fleets of merchant ships, made up of Hermes Dolls, collect discarded materials, break them down to their core components, and deliver them to the Athena Doll fleets in scheduled intervals. Major and minor guilds, as well as individual actors, sail the open seas in search of as much scrap as possible. Whether it's to keep the oceans clean of junk, keep the Charybdis free of material to recycle, or to imitate the process of commerce from the human era is beyond the comprehension of the Hermes Dolls. Whatever the case is for their use of the Protocol, these cargo, tanker, and various other forms of ship proudly transport their goods with gusto!

MSC Irina is one of the Four Kings of Commerce, heads of the larger merchant guilds. The reincarnation of the largest cargo vessel ever created, Irina carries more goods than any other Hermes Doll could imagine. Leading the Muscotti Guild, making her deliveries is her motis operandi; nothing is more important than getting the fleets their material!

As she is larger and has more carrying capacity than other vessels, Irina is among the strongest Dolls in the world, Athena, Minerva, or Hermes regardless.

Answar El Sadat is the flagship of the Anuket Flotilla. As an amphibious warship, she is designated a Minerva Doll rather than an Athena Doll, running on the Vulcus Protocol instead of the Hephaestus counterpart.

Usually operating alone, Answar patrols the seas of the western entrance to the inter-continental seaway between the North and Eastern continents. Her helo-prop wings allow her to travel great distances with little effort and in even less time, fending off charybdis by swinging her great sickle.

She owes a great debt to the dolls of Marianne's Fleet, is often annoyed by the actions of the Turquoise Raiders, and is reviled by the Fleet of Winter.

Chakri Naruebet is the flagship of the minor Fleet of Majesty (Royal Thai Navy). She is a very aloof and carefree, especially when compared to other flagships. This is due to her acceptance of the fact that her fleet was destroyed, and she's all that's left. Not even able to battle Charybdis, Chakri usually spends her time aiding at the ports of other fleets in the southern seas, like Varuna's Fleet and the Aja Alliance.

Cavour of the Fleet of Adria

Cavour is the flagship of the Fleet of Adria. She also heads a covenant of dolls. The covenant isn't exclusive to Adria, though anyone who joins must swear to chastity. This doctrine is seldom followed though, even by Cavour herself, who has to deal with constant flirting from Charles de Gaulle of Marianne's Fleet.

Andria Doria of the Fleet of Adria

Andria Doria, like most ships in the Fleet of Adria, is a member of Cavour's covenant. They keep to the Inland Sea of the Western Continent, and are famously hospitable to foreign dolls.

Sejong the Great & Incheon from the Yi Fleet

Sejong is the second in command of the fleet, often leading operations side-by-side with Dokdo. A strict traditionalist, she works to keep the other Yi dolls in combat-ready condition, much to the dismay of her sister ships.

Incheon is a member of Yi Fleet's world-famous idol group, Siren. The dolls in this group not only fight with the grace of choreographed dance, but they're also known to have beautiful singing voices.

Dokdo from the Yi Fleet

The Yi Fleet's flagship is as duty-bound as any doll could be. Embodying the fleet's mission statement of territorial defense, Dokdo will often jump in the line of fire to protect her fleet sisters. Unlike other flagships, Dokdo isn't an Athena Doll, but rather a Minerva Doll, the embodiment of an amphibious ship.

Vicksburg and Lake Erie from Columbia's Fleet

Vicksburg, or "Vickie", is a world traveler, spending extended periods of time working with foreign fleets over Columbia. A free spirit, she has connections across the globe, and any mention of her name is always followed by some grand story of her adventures.

Lake Erie, or just Erie, is Vicksburg twin sister. Unlike her sister, Erie is more homebound, proving herself a reliable doll within the fleet. She's even gained the respect of Nimitz, the stoic flagship of the fleet. Due to her defense of the fleet, she hasn't seen much of the world, or other fleets, which makes every new experience she's faced with an event

Pinckney from Columbia's Fleet

Not one for combatting enemies abroad, Pinckney more so works in services at the fleet's west coast port. She's very interested in old human culture, especially cooking, though as a doll she has no need for food. She's been found trying out crude recipes and feeding the dishes to wild animals.

Marshal Ustinov and Pyotr Velikiy from the Fleet of Winter

Marshal Ustinov was the right hand of Kuznetsov back when the carrier headed the fleet. With the subsequent out of commissioning of Kuznetsov and de-facto leadership overtaken by the submarines, Ustinov and the surface vessels were left to their own devices, essentially becoming another Fleet of Winter. Ustinov continues to lead the surface vessels, as well as handle her old leader's care.

Pyotr Velikiy is the Fleet of Winter's biggest and strongest surface vessel. the only doll designated as 'battlecruiser', her strength is unparalleled, though she's rarely able to showcase said strength due to the upstaging by the submarines. In her spare time, she breaks ice sheets and icebergs to keep the sea lanes navigable in the northernmost stretches of Winter territory.

Admiral Kuznetsov from The Fleet of Winter

As the fleet's only carrier, Kuznetsov naturally served as the head of her sisters. However, being the fleet of the far frozen north, she and her surface vessel allies underperformed when compared to the submarines. After multiple accidents and particularly harrowing battles against the Charybdis, Kuznetsov became permanently damaged, becoming paralyzed from the waist down, and can no longer battle. She wanted to leave the fleet in Marshal Ustinov's hands, but for all intents and purposes, the Fleet of Winter is run by the massive submarine Yuriy Dolgorukiy.

CVN-78 Gerald R. Ford from Columbia's Fleet

Ford is the youngest of the nuclear carriers, and her childish demeanor shows. She's an amateur when it comes to fighting off Chaybdis. She's constantly coddled by an overprotective Nimitz. Despite her lack of experience, Ford is eager to prove herself not only to her fleet, but especially to her older sisters as the most advanced carrier in the world.

Shandong of the Fleet of Fortune

While not being the flagship, Shandong is stronger and more ambitious than her older sister, Liaoning. She personally reconfigured her rigging to take the form of Fortune's symbolic creature, a dragon. Shandong also takes her sister's grudge against Columbia's Fleet much further than her sister, actively seeking out conflict with the foreign fleet. In addition, Shandong lacks any respect for Hinata Fleet and their flagship Izumo.

Type 001, or CV 16, Liaoning

Liaoning is the boastful flagship of the Fleet of Fortune, the massive fleet that runs the eastern seas. She has a high sense of pride, which helps lead her subordinates in combat against the Charybdis, but leads to her butting heads quite often not only with her fellow carrier Shandong, but especially with flagships from other fleets. Her borderline hatred for Nimitz of Columbia's Fleet is world-famous, and Liaoning tends to be the main driver of the rivalry between the two naval forces.
