Mercedes has made deployment software modifications ahead of this weekend’s Hungarian Grand Prix to help address its problems from Spa.
Apparently Mercedes fixed the software on George's car. Let's hope this solved the problem finally.

George Russell's Belgian Grand Prix was wrecked by a software fault buried deep in Mercedes' code. Mark Hughes explains what really happened
Finally a piece of quality journalism on last weekend's battery deployment fuck-up festival.
Mercedes F1 boss Toto Wolff had had enough of talking about George Russell at the Belgian Grand Prix
@georgegraphys @dellovestorant it’s starting
He wants to divert attention away from Russell's issues, because they have no clue what's going on. Not a good look and the press is catching on.
More jagged and more correctional: Mark Hughes examines George Russell's F1 2026 inputs and where he's bleeding time to Kimi Antonelli
Interesting article. However, Mercedes seemed to have a hard time finding the cause of George's straight-line deficit in Silverstone qualy. This guy has lots of sensible takes on his channel
Very interesting analysis by Martin of why GR63 was losing time on the straights in Silverstone qualy. Although I'd be shocked if this was really the solution and the Mercedes engineers didn't figure it out.
