The thing that gets me the most about the "George will bounce back" and "George remember who you are" are is that George DOES know who he is and he doesn't need to bounce back. The times he was genuinely lacking this season are vastly overpowered by the times where shit out of his control happen, how is he meant to "bounce back" from his team lying to him about the penalty being served or from his engineer flat out ignoring his questions???

If George actually had a good, competent team supporting him, like the other garage has, he wouldn't need to be 100% flawless to get a decent result.

Honestly, I don’t get it? I am starting to think that it is not even about driving style here

George has a very good lap in fp3, good lap times and not even once I think he had a clean lap without being impended at some point. Then in Q3, he was slipping everywhere and had no grip, and they also kept his on the wrong start mode. Like, I cannot be the only one that thinks that something wrong is cooking here.

I don’t know but it’s still crazy and mathematically impossible that kimi has had zero PU issues up to now, especially considering how he overdrives his car every single race

George and Kimi are about even in speed, but Mercedes have their rocketship and don't want the drivers to get in each other's way so George is sacrificed. I'm disillusioned with it all, I don't know about you? It's so unfair that the driver is completely at the team's mercy and most people watching aren't aware and the driver is blamed, every year it happens in a different team.
