Words of wisdom for today. I want a donut now 🍩😛😍 but fo realz, I need to learn to stop worrying, stop overthinking. I do it with every aspect of my life. In terms of health and fitness I obsess over every detail and want to follow a plan or understand what the best options are, HIIT or steady state? No cardio at all? Just lift heavy? More carbs, less carbs. Stop worrying, put in as much effort as you have to give that day, stay active, make healthy choices and progress will come. Simple as that. 😘

So many posts today. I wanted to share my lunch 😍😍😍 grilled chicken and fresh veggie stir fry with about .75 cup of white rice. There was a lunch & learn today so there was pizza all around. Smelled so good, but I wasn’t even drawn to it. I love how being in a routine makes it so much easier to avoid “bad” foods. Yeah, a piece of pizza and some salad would have been just fine and fit into my day, but if I’m not craving it, why try to make it fit?
