Got around making a new big illustration on top of working on the comic. It was really fun experimenting with multiple fun ideas eg. Working in negative space and doing fun broken frames.
Ongoing Rhapsody is a fantasy story I started writing about 12 years ago and the web comic is something I started publishing around 4 years ago. The story tells of Levou Valefor, a half-human half-dryar child who can communicate with crows and of their stormy past. Like you may see on the first example of the comic, Levou is retelling their story and may pop here and there in the story as a narrator, but as the story goes you'll be immersed in the story and they fade popping only here and there when needed.
This song was a really fun scene to realize and it's inspiration was the Hanging Tree by Blackmore's Night in pacing and lyrics.

Showcasing a bit of Ongoing Rhapsody. Prior to this scene Levou, the main character had lost their mother and had fallen ill but was taken in by Dufan'nau, a band of troupers and some of the members are just now learning about Levou.

Returning back to drawing the comic again. Had an itch so string couldn't sit idle anylonger. Going to return with a bigger batch of pages cause I've been waiting for this as long as anyone else!
A little break to draw an old character just to get her out of my system. The birdie is Eimhear, a girl who won't be in the comic for years which is more the reason for me to be so impatient.
Anination update! These little bits I've got sketched out from the project. The second one isn't quite the full scene but I still like what I've done so far of it.
Now that I've established that I'm taking a "break" from the comic to work on other stuff I want to tell that I'm working on a short animation for school so I'll be working on this and documenting the project cause I feel it's gonna be fun to look back on later

I work retail and keep a weekly scheduled webcomic. These are mandatory in my schedule and commissions will be worked on during my free time.
PROCESS:
Send me a DM! We will discuss what kind of commission you'd like and I will set a price for it.
I will sketch out your ideas and send them your way. This is the moment when I will also make your requested changes.
Once you're happy with the sketch, I will accept your payment and get to finishing the piece.
I will send you the finished piece via Email or whatever way I can get it through without the quality suffeirng.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
You may use the pixel art personally, as well as on social media. I don't need to be tagged anywhere unless you want to. But don't hesitate on sharing my profile if someone asks for it!
You're not allowed to use the commission itself for making money, but it can be used, for example, in YouTube thumbnails, stream icons… etc.
You're not allowed to edit the pixel portrait by yourself or commission another artist to edit it. I can do these changes for you, so don't hesitate to contact me again.
I have zero tolerance for AI and if I receive any AI creations as reference material, I will run away with your money and block you.
I have the right to post finished commissions online (watermarked)
I have the right to decline your commission request.
I will name the final price of the commission in the sketch phase. For this reason, the sketches will be rough and anatomical mistakes etc. will be fixed in the actual drawing process.
