this blog will be in character, as if lee were posting, but plotted roleplays are welcome and encouraged!

Here is more information about Lee:

From a young age, Lee has known the harsh realities of war, having seen them first hand on the battlefield. His parents are incredibly distant and do not care about the repercussions they will face, having forced their son to join the Fire Nation army. If lying about his age won't get them in trouble, something has to.

Though disturbed because of his circumstances, Lee finds solace in his best friend- the prince, of all people. Letters are sent back and forth between them until one day, Lee stops replying. When he returns to the Fire Nation, things have changed. Lee is traumatized, not just from the war, but from something unclear that he can't seem to remember no matter how hard he tries. Even with the memory stolen from him, he finds it hard to move on. Nightmares plague him frequently.

Eventually comes the day he joins Prince Zuko on his journey to find the Avatar. Soon after he makes a discovery of his own- Lee is in love with his best friend.

Lee knows he'll do anything for Zuko. And that means anything, even hunting down a 12 year old boy. Even following him to the ends of the earth. He would do anything.

When he confesses, Zuko does the same- returns his feelings. They have to navigate both the journey and their relationship. It's new and exciting and terrifying.

Deep in his heart, he knows what they are doing...isn't right. Zuko wants to keep hunting the Avatar, he wants to go home, but Lee...doesn't. He confronts those thoughts and emotions in Ba Sing Se, and when Zuko leaves, is stuck with the very boy he tried to capture.

Aang is somehow so forgiving, he lets Lee stay with them in exchange for firebending lessons. Lee knows his stuff, but his emotions get in the way of his bending. Just before they give up, Zuko returns.

Lee is unbelievably angry at him. It takes a while for him to forgive Zuko, but...once he does, their relationship is stronger than ever. With his emotions and bending in check, he's ready to help Aang defeat the Fire Lord.

Lee is emotional, but quick-witted. Kind, but a little selfish at times. Ruthless in battle, yet gentle in every other aspect of life. He enjoys painting and stargazing when he's not on the battlefield. As you can see, I ship him with Zuko.

I'd love to RP the OG or LA version of the show, doesn't matter to me. I love both tooth-rotting fluff and dark subjects. We can discuss further if you'd like to RP!

Does anyone wanna roleplay ATLA with me? I have an OC I'd like to rp against someone roleplaying Zuko (more info under the cut)

My oc's name is Lee (yeah ik there a thousand lees everywhere in atla lmao) and he's in a romantic relationship with Zuko, so I'd love to role-play that. They're friends-to-lovers, so we could do something like that, or them already in an established relationship. I love vampires, so if you'd like to do a vampire AU as well that'd be fun. Otherwise we could do something that takes place in s2-s3 of either the OG or LA.

If you want, I could also play a character in another ship you like! Is the term double-up or something? Either way we could do something so there's a ship we both like!

I have around 3-4 years of RP experience. I forget all the fancy terms but I usually do 2-3 paragraphs for each response. Most RP styles are cool with me though.
