         photography  may  be  benjamin’s  thing,  but  it  doesn’t  stop  jay  from  snapping  a  quick  photo  on  his  phone.  he  likes  the  ones  that  come  with  a  surprise.  he  likes  the  dramatic  poses,  don’t  get  him  wrong,  but  there’s  something  nice  about  just  catching  him  in  the  moment  mid  laugh.  ❛  hm  looks  like  i  might  be  coming  for  your  job,  ❜  teasing  tone  to  his  words  as  he  slips  his  phone  back  into  his  pocket.  he’s  not  sure  he’s  ready  to  admit  how  good  the  other  makes  him  feel,  but  he  can’t  deny  to  himself  that  his  heart  is  fluttering.  he  knows  they  should  have  the  talk  soon  -  figure  out  what  exactly  this  is.  he’s  fairly  certain  what  feelings  he  has  isn’t  a  just  friends  kind  of  one.  ❛  or  maybe  you’re  just  adorable  and  make  any  photo  a  good  one.  ❜

         now  he’s  not  quite  sure  how  this  is  going  to  go.  he’s  barely  making  his  bills  as  it  is,  but  sabrina  needs  this.  even  if  it  means  getting  their  water  or  gas  cut  off  back  home  for  a  bit.  he’ll  worry  about  it  at  a  later  time,  right  now  his  priority  is  making  sure  she  can  control  her  powers.  he  remembers  how  out  of  control  his  got  around  her  age  and  she’s  sure  this  will  be  the  help  she  needs.
