Svsss x Tgcf crossover lmao
First I was thinking of how these two worlds could connect. I got two solutions:
1. Xiang Fei knew TGCF's author and had helped them brainstorm and write the novel.
2. It was one of his earlier novels that didn't get popularity.
So either way, when the system was creating the world for PIDW, it pulled TGCF and the Heavenly Realm along to answer and fullfil a very important plot hole: What happens to immortals after they ascend? And it also conviently filled the plot hole of Heavenly Demon's origins, something that wasn't discussed beyond a few throw away lines in PIDW. (COUGHS this is definitely not something personal I'm bashing my head over but anyways).
Both of these stories take place simultaneously, but neither realise the other's presence because they were too busy with their own problems.
Eventually, the story ends in TGCF and Jun Wu is no longer the heavenly emperor. Now the question is, who will take his spot?
Shi Wudu? Unfortunately, the god who was next in line is dead.
Xie Lian? Unfortunately, the god who defeated Jun Wu refused to take his place.
Pei Ming? Are you an idiot? Horrible suggestion!
Eventually, they decided to ask <insert some plot device by either PIDW or Jun Wu's swords>
And who does said plot device point at? A pathetic little hamster who has somehow cultivated to immortality.
At first, they're dissapointed. But the closer they look, they more they realise he's perfect.
Someone who can manage and organise tasks efficiently, is looking after two different ecosystems with totally different politics at once and is the sole reason why they aren't crumbling, he's a human and yet the second more terrifying person in the northern kingdom's court, knows a LOT about politics in general, etc.
But the most important part: he's the reincarnation of the creator of this world??
Okay, they're convinced he's perfect.
The gods pull some shenanigans to help Shang Qinghua ascend early, to the dismay of everyone in Cang Qiong Mountain and the Northern Demon Realm.
Queue a VERY freaked out Shang Qinghua who was overworked, but still living a pretty good life suddenly finding out the heavens have decided he's their new ruler.
WHEN DID HE EVEN WRITE THE HEAVENS INTO PIDW????
He does everything in his power to try and escape, only to find out it's futile. He's a god now. Gods also have rules.
So now he has to wait until his king comes and saves him. Somehow.
He trusts Mobei Jun to do that.
However, in the meantime, he realises just how bad conditions are in the heavens. These so called gods do NOT know how to take care of their own home!
So, he decides to help around a bit and started fixing things. (What? He's getting bored. Besides, these people might have kidnapped him but they still treat him really well.)
Ling Wen is too inefficient? Pah! He's heard about that one! Every god is now forced to appoint generals in their own palace SPECIFICALLY for minuscule paperwork. The only time they're allowed to bother Ling Wen is when the matter is big, involves other gods, or they require assistance.
The gods are slacking instead of doing their jobs? Let's introduce them to the system of punishments! Shang Qinghua didn't appoint anything too evil or horrendous, but it was annoying enough for the slackers to focus on their work instead.
The Marital Gods of the South are always fighting? They now have rules that force them to work together in a way that handles all the problems, and requires minimal assistance from the other person.
He also rebuilt the heavens and did away with most of Jun Wu's rules — especially the ones that didn't make sense — and replaced them with his own that gave the gods liberty while making sure everyone was still being productive.
It's a win-win situation for all! Shang Qinghua's teacher is shedding tears of joy and bragging about his position to everyone. (Shang Qinghua lets them. I imagine these two to have a good bond).
Meanwhile, in CQM and the Northern Dessert, everything is chaos. They hadn't realised JUST how much Shang Qinghua managed until he was gone.
They didn't know what happened to him, just that one day he was covered in bright light and ascended in the sky. Shen Qingqiu would describe it as him being kidnapped by a UFO, cuz it looked just like that!
It takes them a good amount of time to conclude that Shang Qinghua had an early ascension, because usually, all Peak Lords are supposed to ascend together through a fancy ceremony.
No one makes peace with this. Especially not Mobei Jun. The Peak Lords could have tried, but they refused once they realised that their Sect was falling apart.
Through Luo Binghe, the two ecosystems decided to form a temporary alliance until they can get their hamster back.
When they eventually manage to invade the heavens, what they see is....
A perfectly working civilization, which has the hamster man in it's centre, working as their emperor and taking care of the entire heavens.
....They definitely had not expected that.
Shang Qinghua is dismayed, and still very happy!
He's glad that his king eventually managed to find him, but....
He doesn't wanna go? Not anymore? Being in the heavens had been really fun for him. Sure, he knew the gods just wanted him to handle the tough jobs, but they treated him with respect. He was above all of them. He had his OWN palace, instead of working as a Royal Advisor in one, for goodness's sake!
But at the same time, he missed his King. He really wanted to go back. Before his sudden ascension, Cucumber-Bro had told him that Mobei Jun was trying to court him the demon way. Marrying his ideal man is living the dream!
But.... It's so fun being at the top, for once! With people that laughed with him and invited him to everything! He's made so many friends! Before, Shen Qingqiu and Mobei Jun were his only friends.
Wait, are his disciples okay without him? Didn't he just dump them with all his responsibilities when he left? IS THE SECT OKAY? Won't there be assassination attempts on Mobei Jun, that he can't foresee for him?
Shang Qinghua just wants to work for all three places at once, but every man has his limits. He knows he's not capable of that, heavenly emperor or not.
I didn't think of how this gets resolved but anyways
I like to imagine Shang Qinghua and Ling Wen making great friends. Ling Wen can't go back to recieving prayers and being a regular god herself, because of the brocade and everything. But she was still a VERY important aspect to the heavens. And Shang Qinghua personally related to her a lot.
So he makes Ling Wen HIS Royal Advisor, and her palace becomes an extension to his own.
She's fine with this. Shang Qinghua had not stripped her of all of her powers. She still got access to all the information coming in the heavens. And guess what? Her workload is reduced! Less stress is very healthy for her.
The only disadvantage? She doesn't have the same freedom as the other gods. But she can get used to that. It's better than being a prisoner who does all the paperwork without anything in return.
Shang Qinghua and Ling Wen often drink together while they gossip and roast the other gods behind their back. Everyone they've every known is a headless chicken running around aimlessly without their assistance!

I think he would dodge Hua Cheng and Xie Lian specifically because anxiety, but also the reveal that he's the reincarnation of Creator God would make his blood pressure spike because he feels like everyone is out to get him now
Until he somehow befriends Xie Lian and it spirals from there into the above haha

I just know the demons working for Mobei Jun are all SMITTEN!! with Shang qinghua especially after seeing the amount of authority he has over Mobei Jun and the northern kingdom, him being a spy and backstabbing his sect with no remorse.... Shang qinghua is demon catnip and I will die on this hill !!!

Moshang's Daughter is the older sibling, she was born when Mobei-Jun was 18 and Shang Qinghua was 19 (sex pollen incident, Qinghua's Shizun knows who her other father is and is disappointed in Qinghua that he didn't bag the prince of northern desert (Qinghua!!! Think of easy connections-))
Liushang's Son was born when Moshang's Daughter was around 12~ (11-12?) And it was durning a different Qi Diviation that Liu Qingge had
Mobei-Jun and Liu Qingge have no memory or think of it as hallucinations of that happening and Shang Qinghua never really told them that he had their kids zhdhdhhd
Moshang's Daughter is almost the copy of Shang Qinghua except for the fact that shes around 210cm tall and buff af (big baby she was), she hides her demon features tho
She works mainly on An Ding as part of elite delivery squad and Bai Zhan disciples fear her (no more bullying An Ding rats I guess lol-)
Liushang's Son is almost the exact copy of Liu Qingge lol, he also works on An Ding but he spends 3/4 of his time doing paperwork and avoiding people (the only people he really tolerates are Shang Qinghua, Moshang's Daughter and Ming Fan lol)
Mu Qingfang is the only one aware whose kids are those two and he is suffering very much lol
I'm still thinking how the reveals will happen and characters interactions and reactions haha-
Au where Xiang Fei transmigrates into a random background Cang Qiong cultivator but the moment he’s old enough to live on his own he decides to flee so he can leave the plot behind entirely.
He starts off selling rare herbs and handmade maps, along with talisman that he learned to make as a disciple. Then, once he has enough money to actually think about what he wants to do, he joins a group of traveling pingshu storytellers as their new writer, because writing about the world of PIDW gives him nostalgia and he’d missed talking about the fun parts of his story, like demons, cultivators, and mythology.
All this to say that one day Shen Qingqiu walks into the Warm Red Pavilion and starts listening to one of the prostitutes singing a song about a group of wandering storytellers. Something quite uncommon to hear.
Shen Qingqiu asks one of his jie jies about the self referential nature of song and she explains that there have been rumors of this strange group of traveling storytellers who will tell stories of the politics of both cultivator and demons of history, leading many to believe the poet of the group to be an immortal himself giving first hand accounts
Shen Qingqiu was obviously dubious but asks around anyway and when he learns they’d be crossing paths during a mission, he decides to sneak in a bar to watch the show. The bar is very crowded but they all go silent when the gavel hits the table and the show starts
He expects to hear fantastical lies tying history and myth. instead, he hears the story of Tianlang Jun’s fall. It was very much exaggerated, depicting the heavenly demon as far more cunning and prepared than he actually was. He would have chalked it up as just another story based loosely on truth but then
“Shen Qingqiu, Liu Qingge, and Qi Qingqi were both knocked back by the Heavenly Demon’s blade, the peak lords were all knocked out or injured to severely to fight all looked to the Xang Qiong sect leader, expecting him to make the next move. Then, his head disciple, Yue Qingyuan, jumped down from a tree like an immortal descending from the sky, and stabbed his sword straight through the top of his head and down into the dirt bellow.”
That was far to specific and accurate. The story they regularly told included Yue Qingyuan defeating Tianlang Jun but the fight was so chaotic that very few were enough paying attention to see who specifically were trying to fight Tianlang Jun when he’d been slain. Liu Qingge didn’t speak enough to tell the tale and Shen Qingqiu definitely didn’t remember telling anyone.
Of course it was possible a few remembered and included it in their tales but it had already been almost five years since then. It was clear Shang Qinghua had to have been there.
That would mean he was formally a part of one of the major sects, and a warrior at that. And Shen Qingqiu was supposed to believe he just left a major sect to become a poor wandering cultivator with a group of random mortal story tellers?
After the show Xiang Fei spots Shen Qingqiu in the crowd and starts visibly sweating. He tried to make an excuse and escape but Shen Qingqiu sees his hurry and immediately follows him
Xiang Fei just stands outside the bar saying goodbye to and shaking the hands of leaving guests. He receives many compliments and gets extremely flustered about it. Turns out receiving praise online and receiving praise irl are very different experiences.
Shen Qingqiu stays patient and waits till no one else is exiting the bar to approach.
“I enjoyed the show. It was a little surprising to hear so much about myself however. Have we met?”
“No- I mean- maybe? We were both disciples at the same time but I was on An Ding and there were a lot of us so we probably never met,” he rushes to explain
“So you were there when Tianlang Jun was sealed?” Shen Qingqiu lays the trap
“Yep! I didn’t really contribute much though. I’m not exactly a fighter,” Shang Qinghua springs it
Only a few older An Ding disciples and the A Ding Peak Lord were sent to fight. None of them were in Shang Qinghua’s age range. He’s lying. He’s hiding something.
Shen Qingqiu suppresses his smirk
“This was a nice chat, may we meet again on the road I will surely speak with you again,”
And thus began a game of Cat and Mouse. Shen Qingqiu follows Shang Qinghua’s trail, gaining more and more reason for suspicion as he picks up more and more hidden truths from the stories. Shang Qinghua tries to stop dropping secrets, but he genuinely forgets what is and isn’t common knowledge and does so anyway.
This somehow ends in Scumplane

PIDW - starts to be uploaded, after something # chapters, Shen Yuan starts reading and spamming his comments
One of the chapters angers him so much he gets access to info that could doxx Airplane so he can chew him out in person only to pause when the info shows that Xiang Fei is Airplane
Shen Yuan - Plans to visit and get Xiang Fei under his "care" so PIDW can become more coherent story (ye, thats the only reason, ye-)
Only for the transmigration to happen haha-
Anyway, story as canon until Shen Yuan gets to know that Shang Qinghua is Airplane, so, Xiang Fei
Shen Yuan locks in on Shang Qinghua, takes him with himself on many missions to build trust, only to bAM, use a wife plot that gets them legally, undivorcably (unless they want to die) married
Sheningas happens, brain empty for now ehe-

Shang Qinghua hides under Beta identity while being an Omega
Settings:
In mortal world, Omegas are treated basically as the lowest in hierarchy even thou there isn't a lot of them (can't have job, cant leave the household without marriage etc etc)
In cultivator and demon world on the other hand Omegas are treated like gods because, once again, of how little there is of them (for Cultivators it's because just one Omega can help stabilize the pack a lot, for demons it's a guarantee of offsprings basically?)
Anyway, Shang Qinghua who presented while still living in his mortal household and run away from there when they tried to marry him off to some old guy to be concubine #something, hides the fact he's an Omega for a fuck ton of time
Years pass, decades pass, and maybe something even more distressing happens or his medication (illegal, very much) fails and it's revealed that he's an Omega
I'm thinking about other Peak Lords reactions to the fact that their shidi/shixiong hidd this info etc (hc for this au: Sqh is the only Omega Peak Lord, Mqf is a Beta, SJ is an Alpha that hates being Alpha etc)
Omegas in the sect have like communal nest that is the safest place and only Omegas (And Betas who are doctors etc) can visit it and it's unhealthy for Omegas to never be in nests, always stressed, hide their scents, dont have heats etc etc
Anyhow maybe I'll draw this idea later
