Why has the price of nature sprites gone up so much?
My 2013 sprite collection before I sell it off this year :o
Apparently this was an impulse buy for only 2600 gems :o
I counted the festival apparel I had accumulated over the years...
Secret Santa
Flipped from 850k :)
the flights as us cities
arcane: the city of people with big dreams. start-up industries, independent music producers, and independent film makers thrive here. this city is the destination for people with big dreams, people who want to start somewhere with film or music but have nowhere to start. this city has a reputation for its people who think more intuitively than practically. los angeles, ca.
earth: the picturesque town surrounded by mountains, turquoise lakes, and swaths of lodge pole pines. itâs charming, close-knit, and friendly. streets are lined with pots of flowers at every shop. characteristically, the city is filled to the brim with tourists every year (in translation, people who want to move to earth). sometimes the locals brag about how their town is the best in the whole fucking country, which is semi-true but not really. jackson, wy
fire: quirky, a little small but a fun town nevertheless. this town breaks all of the characteristics of whatâs normal to find. has a few odd sculptures and many fun people. everywhere you go, you find something that could only be celebrated or put in this town without question. weather is hot as fuck sometimes but everyone tolerates it. outsiders view the place as both strange and awesome as fuck. i mean, who loves those magenta, cyan, and lemon circuit eye-burning dragons? roswell, nm. bonus: do you really like volcanoes? really really like em? hilo, hawaii is a good place too.
ice: people forget about the city 99% of the time, but itâs actually really fucking cool. people are smart, considerate, and generally friendly. their accents are a little odd, but nobody minds. cute local cafes, theaters, and famous art museums dot the city. the only downside is the shitty cold weather that exists for like 7 months out of the year. minneapolis, mn.
light: has somewhat preppy, smart and very driven people. said people sometimes brags about their successful sports teams too (aka their excellent dominance program). people take pride in their local universities, excellent community programs, and beautiful green spaces. there is always something to do because so many people are involved in this bustling city. some people are a little snobby but theyâre just a small minority. boston, ma.
lightning: futuristic, eccentric, and unique. it seems like everyone is constantly working on some major scientific project. this city has its unique share of hipsters and people who just really fucking love science. also, this city has a lot of star wars nerds, star trek nerds, and general science fiction nerds. it has a nice set of touristy things including the museum of pop culture, the science museum, and a funny-ass looking needle. seattle, wa.
nature: hippy, down-to-earth, and chill. there are a wide variety of flowers, forests, and fauna that any tourist could visit on a given day. people are environmentally aware and are always conscious about how their actions affect the wildlife around them. this city is also the pot-smoking capitol of the nation. downtown is absolutely gorgeous and lamp posts are lined with baskets of flowers and vines. boulder, co.
plague: there are beautiful museums, hidden city relics, and shops built from decaying city ruin. this city is also known for its sports teams, which can be good or bad on a given day (usually good, just like its dominance program). itâs a city with a unique sense of pride and a unique group of people. there are an insane amount of hospitals here, which really makes the medical community shine. pittsburgh, pa. bonus: if you love getting murdered, or you just love cheesy horror films, fargo, nd is the perfect place for you death-loving bastards.
shadow: mostly known for its bustling night life and amazing diversity. itâs a healthy mix of cool punky people, people partying all night, and shady business dudes who could recite every stock price by memory. people take pride in their cityâs character, with people in each neighborhood coming from every walk of the world. the largest city in the nation can only be compared to the largest flight, after all. new york city, ny. (if y'all are salty about this generic choice just accept new orleans as your lord and savoir)
water: forget ice, this place is basically unheard of (jk, but i mean itâs a pretty common joke). although people constantly like to make jokes about this town, people have plenty of opportunities to have fun. one of the main activities of the area - and nearly everyoneâs favorite - is enjoying the beaches nearby. the water is seemingly endless, with the ocean in plain sight. fishing is a strong industry in the area, but itâs certainly not the only thing people do. people are friendly, sometimes odd, and curious to explore what has never been touched. theyâre not goonies, or are they? astoria, or.
wind: this city hosts an abundance of creativity, spirit, and restlessness. people are generally open-minded and self conscious about their role in the world. most are encouraged to travel and explore the world. many artists and musicians reside here. also, fucktons of hippies reside here too. fog gently looms around the city during most days. san francisco, ca. bonus: if you really fucking like wind, like wind gusts with the power of satanâs breath, chicago is cool too.
Finished him almost after four years :P

The Exalted Divisions
Just like in most things, exalted dragons donât all end up doing the same services. Their actual jobs and day-to-days are extremely varied, but generally they can be split into three divisions.
Division 1 is The Domestic Exalted This division is made up of what we would likely call government employees. Itâs also the largest of the divisions and includes Icewardenâs Prison Guard, The Librarians and Record Keeps of both The Beacon and The Archive at the Pillar of the World, The Wind Flight Auctioneers and Messenger Corps, and the Workers of the Great Furnace among others. Domestic exalted wear Black Bands to make themselves visually distinct from the rest of the populace. They may retire or otherwise decommission or quit with little fuss and an honorable discharge.
Division 2 is a flightâs standing army, The Militant Exalted. The next largest division, it is made up of those dragons who enter the ranks of exaltees with some kind of training on hand. Hatchling exalts may also train to enter the standing army at their coming of age. Â The duties of the second division include guarding and securing peace within a flightâs territory, and the extent of their power and jurisdiction varies wildly from flight to flight. Across the board, the size of standing armies has been shrinking as overt elemental conflicts decline in frequency.
Division 3 is The Astral Exalted. This final divisionâs size is unknown. Its mission is to serve as Sorniethâs protection. This is to say that The Astral are the godsâ own brotherhood of shade hunters. Each member is given a direct line to their deityâs power which they are trained to use in the battle against the darkness. This is the highest honor any dragon can imagine, to essentially become one with the gods and fight eternally for the safety of their home. It is a gift which, once bestowed, cannot be rescinded.
