Delilah checks each toons before but she does not often does it because of how many the toons became. She doesn't check on the event toons until their day nearly arrives. She also makes her own equipment just for other toon's. Arthur does the basic test to them when he's not doing paperwork, sight, hearing and like that.

Cartoon and Toon differences

Small little headcanon of mine that the cartoons are drawn with cartoonishly mitted gloved hands while the toons are created with fingers.

Since there's little about the cartoon world of Dandy's I have a bit few about Cartoon world of Finn :D

He's like a character that has less appearances but still famous enough like Sandy (SpongeBob) and Silver (Sonic) type of a character. He lives in a island surrounded with ocean and knows a lot of fishy friends. I imagine him that they needed a ride and Finn whistles then a huge whale would emerge and they ride on it LOL

Also Looey!!

The Cartoon version I imagine would have like a leader vibes despite not announcing it as a leader of the circus trio and I imagine them to be like in travel type of characters that the mains met and encounter coincidentally in some episodes. Since some circus are travelers that perform in different places and doesn't stay in one place.

Delilah definitely tried to make the toons accurate as much as possible to their cartoon versions but there are still little differences but not enough that others such as children wouldn't notice.
