Chum-Lee is sitting on a park bench, throwing cracked corn out to feed the nearby pigeons. Hearing the "Coo", he reaches out his hand towards the pigeon at his side with some corn-flakes, and continues to convey an apparently insightful message to the pigeons.

"Surely, you must all think I'm crazy... but if Master ever taught me anything, it was that crazy is the natural state of this world! It would be crazy not to be!"

He then downs a good chunk of the corn, much of it spilling from his mouth onto the ground.

I eat the crumbs and make more sounds. The beautiful bowtie I was gifted was the only thing separating me from those other pigeons.

I chirp, approaching the man slowly. The sorrows of the human interested me.

"Coo, coo." I sound off, unrecognizable around my other feathered fellows.

"Tough crowd" he says looking at the other pigeons, before he notices the oddly distinct bow tie and turns to face you.

"Oh, my apologies, uhh... coo coo, coo... coo"

In Chum-Lee's mind, he speaks perfect pigeon, and introduced himself as "Chum-Lee, badass Yakuza HR Enforcer" and asked for your name and occupation.

I fly closer to, Chum Lee as he said, and land right infront of him. "Hello." A robotic voice came through the bowtie. "I am 12 Tsuki, and I can speak like this because a nerd made this elegant piece of technology for me." I introduce myself in return.

"Your pigeon is very excellent, I haven't met a human with such skill before. You have my respect." The bowtie continues.

Neito put off visiting her sister for the longest time. Their interactions since March had been short and sparse; if the siblings ever ran into each other in the halls, she took the first opportunity to slip away, and rarely if ever replied to Himiko's texts.

Himiko herself never actually hurt Neito, and they knew that logically, but they couldn’t just let go of years of resentment so easily. Besides, it took so long for Neito to accept that she'd never be part of her sister's life and move on. What if she let herself get comfortable and Himiko just disappeared again? Neito knew full well how off-putting and difficult to get along with they were...

But, with their mother off on a trip and many of their classmates gone for the summer, she found herself lonely and not having anything better to do. So. Maybe giving their sister a chance wouldn't hurt.

Neito knocked on 3-B's dorm room, and though she didn't recognize the plain-looking girl who answered, she sure seemed to know them judging by how wide her eyes went.

"Oh, Monoma, hi! Are you here for—?"

"Himi— Toga. If she's home."

"Yeah yeah, she's here, just wait one~ second!"

The door shut in Neito's face, and the older hero course student BOLTED upstairs to Himiko's room, rapidly knocking on her door.

"Himichan! Someone's here to see you!"

Himiko was surprised to have someone asking for her, she tried to stay only in contact with class 3-B and some in 3-A. All of which would've texted her first, or just come to her room like her classmate just had.

Heading downstairs, she opened the door to see Monoma.

Monoma? Was this some prank? There was no way her classmates got Monoma to show up! Wait. She said they showed up for her?

It was surprising, but very welcome.

"Hey! This is a surprise." Himiko than laughed awkwardly.

Neito cast her eyes to the side. "Yes, well, this visit was rather impromptu on my end," they explained as they brushed their bangs to the side, just for the short hairs to fall right back in their face. Hmph.

A moment of silence passed, then her eyes finally flickered over to Himiko's. "Can I come in, or should we talk elsewhere?"

"My classmates probably wouldn't want an underclassmen seeing our dorm in the state it's currently in." It wasn't in the worst state she's seen it, that belonged to the time they had a sleepover, but it was in no shape to be seen by others. Especially not by an underclassmen, they had a reputation to uphold. She slipped out and closed the door behind her.

"So, what have you guys been up to? Anything cool happen in the 2-B dorm?" She might as well ask, they didn't really know enough about eachother to get into deeper conversation. And the last thing Himiko wanted was to make Monoma uncomfortable.

Neito nodded in understanding and stepped back to let Himiko out. It was just the two of them out on the porch now. They stuffed one hand in their pocket and the other rubbed the back of their neck.

"It's been quiet, actually. Many of my classmates went home for the summer; only eight maybe nine of us are left on-campus, and few of them are the energetic sort... as for what they've been up to, I couldn't say. I only came back a couple of days ago."

"Why'd you come back? Because I doubt I'm the reason." It wouldn't have been very impromptu if that were the case. It could've been any number of reasons for her to come back, and Himiko would listen to every last word if it meant more time with her sibling.

"Ah, well, my mother went on a trip overseas suddenly, so I decided to stay at the dorms until she returned. And I thought it wouldn't hurt to drop by and say hello while I'm here."

"Right." She hummed, unsure what to say to that. Her parents could go all across the world and she wouldn't get so much as a text message about it. "What's she like?"

"She's..." Neito paused and gave the question some serious thought. How to describe her... "She's polite. Always treated me kindly. And sure, she's often busy, but she makes sure I'm taken care of."

What else could they say? They didn't spend a lot of time with her, and when they were both home, their interactions were more like those of friendly acquaintances. Actually, it was similar in tone to the talk she was having with Himiko right now: two people who wanted to know one another but had no clue what to say. There was always this awkwardness and tension in the air. But Neito knew she cared.

"I see. She sounds nice at least." Himiko said, hitting the awkward feeling again of not knowing what to say. "How'd you do on the test? Heard last year you didn't pass through one of Kendo's friends in class D-2, well now D-3. Anyways! Did this year you do better?"

Kendo had talked about their grades to one of her friends? Hm! They'd need to talk to her about that later. But, putting that aside, Neito straightened up and properly smiled for the first time during their conversation.

"I passed all of them, naturally!" She bragged, neglecting to mention that a few of her tests had barely been passed. Her grades were still not exceptional this time around. But a pass was a pass. "I only failed last year because I was far too preoccupied, thinking about all the trouble the other class was causing."

"Of course you did!" Himiko smiled, putting an arm around Monoma before quickly to take it away in case it was overstepping. "So, you wanna get something to celebrate your grades being better? My treat." She had missed alot of birthdays, so she had to also make up for those too. "Maybe food or something else, limit is 15000 yen." Work studys and a part-time job paid well enough for her to splurge alittle on her sister.

Neito tensed when Himiko's arm came around her. They weren't used to this, being touched in an affectionate way. Most people avoided contact with them at all costs. Even now, though they once craved it and they had friends who were more open with them, it felt wrong. So why were they so tempted to ask for more?

They pushed the idea aside. She still hardly knew Himiko. They'd look pathetic, begging for love like that off the bat.

"Food... food sounds wonderful." they said at last. "I know a bakery that sells lovely French pastries that are well within your budget... though, ah, you needn't worry about paying if money is tight."

Himiko shrugged. "Money is fine, I just don't want to spend too much, and also it was my week to help pay for groceries so I'm just low on speeding money this time around."

"If you insist," Neito conceded, "just give me a few minutes to grab some things from my dorm, maybe change, and then I'll be ready to go."

"Go! Go get all pretty! I'll be waiting for you! I should probably touch up my hair or put on something nicer too! Meet you at your dorm?"

Neito gave themself a once-over in the mirror. They were dressed far too warm for the summer heat; brown loafers, a black turtleneck tucked into pants of the same color, and a light brown unbuttoned overcoat. She contemplated adding a scarf as well, but this outfit was already going to be suffocating enough. Ah well. Beauty is pain, and all that.

She had everything she thought she might need packed into her satchel: phone, wallet, perfume, makeup, mini first aid kit, water bottle, and a few spare pocket watches on the off chance she got caught up in a villain incident and needed to keep track of multiple quirks.

Slinging the bag over her shoulder, she made her way downstairs and out the front door to wait for Himiko.

Himiko had gotten into a white summer dress with a red flower pattern lining the bottom, collar and sleeves, with matching red flats. Instead of her usual buns, she put her hair in a high pony, as she didn't want to spend too much time so Monoma didn't wait too long.

Before heading out of her room, she grabbed her purse that already had her wallet inside. It was a heart shaped and a pastel pink colour.

Not wasting time with anything else to head to the 2-B dormitory, she ran most of the way only walking when she'd be in Monoma's line of sight. She couldn't look too excited.

She waited right outside the the plot of the dorm for Monoma to come to her, not wanting to force anything out of her sister.

Hey Mineta, I'm not sure if Uncle Might told you, but during the war he asked me to create him a suit that copied all of his students quirks. Out of all of them yours was one of the hardest to replicate since I needed them to be sticky enough someone almost can't move, and have them easily be shot out. All without getting caught on the armor itself!

Just finding compatible materials for that to work was hard enough.

All this to say, I think you as a hero will be the hardest for someone to copy for villain technology. Because at least here in America, some illegal support gear are to copy heros quirks.

yeah well yknow. pop off is kind of a pretty awesome quirk actually. so it makes sense that it would be so hard to replicate. its pretty one-of-a-kind.

plus even if a villain copied my quirk, it kind of takes mad skills to use, so i could still take them out honestly. im pretty strong.

make sure you mention all this to everybody else in my class when you see them yeah??

The door shut in Neito's face, and the older hero course student BOLTED upstairs to Himiko's room, rapidly knocking on her door.

"Himichan! Someone's here to see you!"

Himiko was surprised to have someone asking for her, she tried to stay only in contact with class 3-B and some in 3-A. All of which would've texted her first, or just come to her room like her classmate just had.

Heading downstairs, she opened the door to see Monoma.

Monoma? Was this some prank? There was no way her classmates got Monoma to show up! Wait. She said they showed up for her?

It was surprising, but very welcome.

"Hey! This is a surprise." Himiko than laughed awkwardly.

Neito cast her eyes to the side. "Yes, well, this visit was rather impromptu on my end," they explained as they brushed their bangs to the side, just for the short hairs to fall right back in their face. Hmph.

A moment of silence passed, then her eyes finally flickered over to Himiko's. "Can I come in, or should we talk elsewhere?"

"My classmates probably wouldn't want an underclassmen seeing our dorm in the state it's currently in." It wasn't in the worst state she's seen it, that belonged to the time they had a sleepover, but it was in no shape to be seen by others. Especially not by an underclassmen, they had a reputation to uphold. She slipped out and closed the door behind her.

"So, what have you guys been up to? Anything cool happen in the 2-B dorm?" She might as well ask, they didn't really know enough about eachother to get into deeper conversation. And the last thing Himiko wanted was to make Monoma uncomfortable.

Neito nodded in understanding and stepped back to let Himiko out. It was just the two of them out on the porch now. They stuffed one hand in their pocket and the other rubbed the back of their neck.

"It's been quiet, actually. Many of my classmates went home for the summer; only eight maybe nine of us are left on-campus, and few of them are the energetic sort... as for what they've been up to, I couldn't say. I only came back a couple of days ago."

"Why'd you come back? Because I doubt I'm the reason." It wouldn't have been very impromptu if that were the case. It could've been any number of reasons for her to come back, and Himiko would listen to every last word if it meant more time with her sibling.

"Ah, well, my mother went on a trip overseas suddenly, so I decided to stay at the dorms until she returned. And I thought it wouldn't hurt to drop by and say hello while I'm here."

"Right." She hummed, unsure what to say to that. Her parents could go all across the world and she wouldn't get so much as a text message about it. "What's she like?"

"She's..." Neito paused and gave the question some serious thought. How to describe her... "She's polite. Always treated me kindly. And sure, she's often busy, but she makes sure I'm taken care of."

What else could they say? They didn't spend a lot of time with her, and when they were both home, their interactions were more like those of friendly acquaintances. Actually, it was similar in tone to the talk she was having with Himiko right now: two people who wanted to know one another but had no clue what to say. There was always this awkwardness and tension in the air. But Neito knew she cared.

"I see. She sounds nice at least." Himiko said, hitting the awkward feeling again of not knowing what to say. "How'd you do on the test? Heard last year you didn't pass through one of Kendo's friends in class D-2, well now D-3. Anyways! Did this year you do better?"

Kendo had talked about their grades to one of her friends? Hm! They'd need to talk to her about that later. But, putting that aside, Neito straightened up and properly smiled for the first time during their conversation.

"I passed all of them, naturally!" She bragged, neglecting to mention that a few of her tests had barely been passed. Her grades were still not exceptional this time around. But a pass was a pass. "I only failed last year because I was far too preoccupied, thinking about all the trouble the other class was causing."

"Of course you did!" Himiko smiled, putting an arm around Monoma before quickly to take it away in case it was overstepping. "So, you wanna get something to celebrate your grades being better? My treat." She had missed alot of birthdays, so she had to also make up for those too. "Maybe food or something else, limit is 15000 yen." Work studys and a part-time job paid well enough for her to splurge alittle on her sister.

Neito put off visiting her sister for the longest time. Their interactions since March had been short and sparse; if the siblings ever ran into each other in the halls, she took the first opportunity to slip away, and rarely if ever replied to Himiko's texts.

Himiko herself never actually hurt Neito, and they knew that logically, but they couldn’t just let go of years of resentment so easily. Besides, it took so long for Neito to accept that she'd never be part of her sister's life and move on. What if she let herself get comfortable and Himiko just disappeared again? Neito knew full well how off-putting and difficult to get along with they were...

But, with their mother off on a trip and many of their classmates gone for the summer, she found herself lonely and not having anything better to do. So. Maybe giving their sister a chance wouldn't hurt.

"Oh, Monoma, hi! Are you here for—?"
