waittttt can you tell me more about physical symptoms of element imbalance? i’ve never heard that omg that’s so interesting

I haven‘t studied it that much myself yet but it‘s a pretty easy concept: It basically says that whatever element you lack/have an excess of in your chart, such symptoms show on your body too. It also seems like the more you have of something, the more sensitive you get towards that element too.The whole idea stems from the branch of Medical Astrology (which is really interesting and definitely worth studying if you have the dedication and right resources). Also excess should NOT be confused with an element being strong in a chart as that‘s considered favorable.Either way, someone with, for example, a lot of fire but little water might have a harder time staying hydrated/dehydrates quicker or someone with a lack of it is more likely to have a generally colder body temperature and it takes more for them to get warm. Some things that I‘ve noticed (or could imagine but again take it with a grain of salt):

Lack of 🔥 : Lower body temperature, less likely to suffer from strong skin irritations, lower energy levels, usually have more oily or at least better hydrated skin, especially if lots of water is there too, weaker muscles/muscles need a lot of work to be built, (too) low dopamine production, slow digestionExcess of 🔥: Burns easily, higher body temperature, stronger/higher energy levels, skin irritates more quickly, get very hot very easily, often have a dry skin type, muscles are easily built and strong but also ache more easily, (too) high dopamine production, frequent headaches

Lack of 🌍: Body weight fluctuates a lot, I‘ve seen people with this either be very thin or very big but I‘ve found more people to be very thin, (too) low serotonin production (most closely related to taurus and least closely to virgo I‘d say), struggle with “feeling with their body”, higher body temperature but dryer skinExcess of 🌍: Frequent tiredness/prone to lethargy, (too) high serotonin production, prone to weight gain, stiffness and heaviness in the body, colder body temperature but more hydrated to oilier skin
