This breakfast really needs more protein. I feel like I’ll be hungry in two hours.

It’s almost deceiving how low calorie cauliflower is…

Dinner was an easy one.

Calorically, this thing was a monster. If I were to make this again, I’d make a handful of changes. It desperately needs red pepper flakes or hot sauce, something to turn the flavor up a little bit.

This breakfast is a staple. I’ll miss peaches when they’re out of season.
