pulled this taco recipe out of vegnews and had high hopes for it. it was just alright but look how pretty

put the whole day in rice, i went rogue

gardein’s crabless cakes are seasoned so they pass for seafood. i was satisfied by these, but when they say mini they mean tiny. i ate the whole bag 🤷🏼‍♀️

had to laugh when i looked at my break room bite of crackers 🤪

can i keep raving about these green chef flautas… chefs kiss. i was so inspired by the wholly guac that i got the individual cups from target to add to toast, sandwiches and salads. and it freezes!

i’m rereading the harry potter books for the millionth time and i like to have something to snack on while i read. hence all the trail mixes. the kashi peanut butter cereal mixed with enjoy life dark chocolate hits the spot.

green chef is hit or miss sometimes but these flautas were a hit for sure. can def see myself remaking these on my own.

i’ve been sluttified!! i was so very excited to try Slutty Vegan while visiting atlanta. and it absolutely lives up to hype. so delicious. and the fries may be the best i’ve ever had in my life. 😍

mellow mushroom has vegan pizza how awesome is that. still caved to some cheesy bread and birthday cake later though. social pressure no matter how subtle makes it really hard for me to stay on path. i don’t think people realize how intricately food is woven into their friend or family culture. we use it to welcome, gather and celebrate!! it’s so awesome but such a challenge when your choices no longer align with the norm.

found this simple brownie recipe online with no temperature at which to bake it 🙃

therefore these brownie stayed in oven for a looooong time. i’m not a edges person to begin with and these edges (and top?) are cronch. 🥴 why did i still eat 2 in one sitting??
