I'll read poems to you, and save  songs in a playlist just for us. We'll go on coffee shop dates, walks in the park dates, drive in movie dates, all of it. We'll play your favorite songs on the record, while we swing in the living room. We'll explore -- art, music, jazz, the outdoors--whatever it is that we find endearing to our souls. I'll lie awake with you at night and whisper about the childhood I had and you'll laugh at my bad jokes. We'll revile in the simple things in life and never look back.

I appreciate people who are intentional. Like, when someone wants to talk to me, they hit me up first and don’t wait around. Or, when someone genuinely cares about hearing what’s on my heart. Or when someone says, “I’m praying for you” and really does it. Intentionality goes a long way with me.
