Taking the time to celebrate life today. We all work too hard to not relax and take it all in. Appreciate the beauty around you and the good people who make your life fulfilling. Cardio CRAZINESS! Try each move for 45 seconds each with a 15 sec break in between. Then do 4 rounds for a full intense fat burning workout!

Get Your Dream Body!
I need to loose atlest 60lbs but I have the hardest time staying motivated. Ill workout for 3or 4 days straight take a rest day which turns nto a rest week. I've even made a workout calendar w/ a different routine each day. Do u have any tips?😳
Here are just a few little tips I’ve got for you: 1) Get a workout buddy! It’s harder to decided not to workout out if you’re supposed to meet up with them to workout! 2) Posting motivational quotes around your house and in your room 3) Setting reasonable, smaller goals will help you achieve them faster because it doesn’t seem to hard to get to. 4) Reward your victories. Treat yourself to a night out, a spa day, a new workout outfit, or even a new clothing item in your new size! And lastly, 5) Keep a progress journal. Record what you eat that day, what workouts you do and how you feel. Hope this helps :)
