Update:

Still hitting the gym and working hard as hell. Nutrition is still subpar. Haven't lost a single pound and in fact I'm back up 5 of the 10 I lost. But, my resting heart rate is down 6ish beats per minute and I'm happy with that. 😂👍🏻🏃🏻‍♀️
