This was no easy topic. I can say that after my Hollowfication, and prior to where I came back the whole Gotei was different, aside from like... Four people.

I've got nothin' to say 'bout Aizen as a Captain, everythin' he's done was for the sake of carryin' out his plans, and he left a very damaged Squad behind. Personal matters, stay personal, he doesn't deserve neither my breath nor time.
Ichimaru... From what I've heard from Rose, he destroyed that Lieutenant kid of his from the inside out. T'same way Aizen destroyed his own life, I suppose. What he did, was unforgivable, he was not a good person. But I do wonder what would've happened if things in his life would've been different.
Tousen is one Hell of a complicated thing. His deal, and his punishment, I leave it to Kensei. Out of all of us, he's the one he's harmed the most. To me, he was just anotSher extra bastard, and I've got no sympathy for them. I do suppose, however, he was the one who carried his duties in the best way outta the trio. If I have to be EXTREMELY objective about it.

To me, Sui-Feng needs to grow up, plain and simple. She's reckless, childish, and doesn't know how to think properly. But she's a good strategist, and looks like a good successor of Yoruichi. She insulted me and my kin, though, so she can go fuck herself.
Komamura... A weird, fella that one. No, not because of the wolf situation. He stepped into the fight to aid us with zero hesitation. He's got balls, and a lot of honour. I would've loved to meet him in a better situation, he looks like the best successor Love could've ever had. The Iba guy who succeeded him is a good dude as well, kinda intense though.
For Kurotsuchi, I'm contractually obligated by Hiyori to say he sucks ass. All those Squad 12 fellas as creepy as Hell anyway. They're way too efficient in ways even i don't wanna know.
Kuchiki was such an annoyin' brat and now he's this stuck-up noble, he even surpassed his own grandfather. I kinda miss the old fart at times, he was fun from time to time, a sense of humour his grandson hasn't gotten, I must say.
Hitsugaya is a nice kid, I feel like a kid his age shouldn't be livin' what he went through. But yeah, I can see why he's a prodigy and all that crap.
As for Zaraki, I dunno what I could say about him, he's a fuckin' insane killin' machine. Sometimes, he looks like a child though. He's FAR better than the previous bastard who used to be the Kenpachi.
All in all, I don't know, most of them are annoyin' as Hell. But they can be quite decent. Sometimes, though, they're just the reminder of how much people we've lost in such a short time...
