Crete life new journey

Wow this has been such a loooong long time since I posted on here... I feel as though I didn't really delicate enough time to post properly on here, for that I am sorry. To make amends I have a new journey I am taking... A new route with a new destination... What's that I hear you ask? Well.... A journey to enlightenment .... Through various styles of yoga, meditation and lifestyle choices ... To give me optimum health and well being physically and mentally ... To change myself and at the same time influence others to take a more gentle yet strong approach to life, to meet new people and learn more everyday. To start my journey off take a look at my previous posts so you can understand my background and then swiftly forget it...... Although it has made me who I am today the past is... In the past so as is the future is... In the future... I am looking at practising mindfulness and the art of being aware and "in the now" being present in this moment right now. Currently I am working in Crete at a five star resort as a wellness coordinator... I came here on my own and have since met some lovely people I class as my "Crete family" I am now single and falling in love with the world... Life itself and yoga, mindfulness .... The natural healing way of life. I am now a vegan and at the moment not drinking alcohol... I have ALOT to learn and know that the learning will never end... And enjoy that fact. Kisses
