Bonafide Rojas is the Bronx personified. Born and raised in the South Bronx, Bonafide grew to be a poet, writer and musician who traveled the world but came back to the Grand Concourse, the street that raised him. Catch Bonafide at #SouthBronxLoveLetter this Friday, where he'll perform his epic poem "Love Letter to the Bronx" and talk about life and gentrification in his beloved borough. "South Bronx Love Letter" is a free event that showcases storytellers, artists, and community members sharing their love for #theBronx through true life stories, poetry, and art. Enjoy performances, and make your voice heard in our open mic!
