Critical Thinking in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: A Survey-Based Study with Machine Learning Insights

The growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, professional work, and everyday problem-solving has raised important questions about its effect on human reasoning. While AI can improve efficiency, save time, and support learning, repeated dependence on it may also encourage cognitive offloading, reduce productive struggle, and weaken independent critical thinking. This paper investigates the relationship between AI-use behavior and critical-thinking performance through an interview-based survey combined with short logic and reasoning tasks. The findings reveal a mixed pattern: participants largely viewed AI as a tool for speed, convenience, and learning support, yet many also reported reduced patience for sustained effort. Objective reasoning performance varied considerably across individuals, and the analyses suggest that reduced patience and stronger dependence-related tendencies are more closely associated with lower reasoning performance than background characteristics alone. Exploratory clustering further indicates that AI users do not form a single homogeneous group, but instead reflect tentative behavioral profiles, including over-reliant users, mixed-strategy users, and balanced support-seekers. Although the findings are exploratory, they indicate that AI does not affect critical thinking in a uniformly negative or positive way. Instead, its influence appears to depend on the manner in which it is used. The paper therefore argues that effective human-AI collaboration should support reflection, verification, and sustained cognitive effort rather than substitute for them.

This reflection was taken with Allah Love's Polaroid camera leaving no negative. All the copies were made from a copy machine in the office of Grassroots Inc in 1967-68.

I was teaching Allah Love (on the left of Allah in the picture) and as was our custom you brought your students to meet Allah. Allah Love and Allah actually established a Unique relationship because after this meeting every time we went to Mecca Allah and Allah Love would go off and speak privately. Allah Love would never say what they talked about unless Allah specifically said: "Tell C-Allah ....Otherwise it stayed between the two of them.

Gerrel was behind the camera for this reflection. In Allah's hand is a reflection of Allah, Gerrel and me, C-Allah.

KNOWLEDGE OF SELF IS KEY

85% of the population have no knowledge of themselves, they eat the wrong physical and mental foods, and lack Good Orderly Direction.

10% of the population capitalize on the ignorance of the masses (the 85%) for their own personal gain and enrichment. They prey on those who are unaware.

5% of the population know the truth and do all within their power to educate and inform the masses (the 85%) so that they can make better decision and take control of their lives.

The Black man and woman are the original people of the planet Earth. We are the father's and mothers of all civilization. The original people have a parental role and position of being the most responsible to guide and nurture the human families.

As a 5 "Percenter" my duty is to aid assist the people to adopt a righteous way of living that is beneficial to themselves and those around them.

This is especially helpful for our youth who, have a young and rebellious spirit. Who are seeking a better way and have questions that have gone unanswered.

We are not a religion, we don't teach religion. We teach a culture that embodies the science of life, love, peace and happiness.

Contrary to the popular belief that an overwhelming majority of the masses have, A computer can run without an Operating System. However, it will function at bare minimum levels with limited abilities.

How does this apply to Knowledge of Self?

Until your brain has an operating System like Supreme Mathematics, which is also the Supreme Operating system, your mind will be limited and function on the 85% level.

All Spirituality & All Religion, including the Muslim Religion, be it Orthodox Islam or the N.OI are flawed Operating systems. Those systems are limited in functionality.

The flaws are why those mentioned above are stuck in elementary & illogic stages of being Woke. Sometimes even with their lower level of functioning, they think/Belief they have Knowledge of Self. They quickly realize the difference when they encounter a person that operating system is Supreme Mathematics. The encounter makes them realize they don’t have Knowledge of Self.

Many computer programs & applications have varying capabilities. The capabilities are based on what Operating system is running on them.

The same applies with humans & its functions.

Some brains have no operating system. In most cases, that is better than using an inferior operating system. It is easier to put a Supreme Operating system in a brain that has no operating system vs having to delete an inferior & problematic operating system like Religion or Spirituality.

You ever noticed that certain apps are crappy on certain phones & tablets with generic operating systems but run smoothly on top rated phones 📱 & tablets that have superior operating systems?

Physical Science & Mathematics like Physics, Biology, neuroscience, Geometry, Algebra, critical thinking, Communication, Scientific Methods work in the brains running Supreme Mathematics as an operating system differently than how they work in the brains of those with inferior operating systems like Religion & Spirituality

You need proof of this, I will give you an example

A brain running Supreme Mathematics as an operating system will choose Physics. Astronomy & planetary geology, while a brain running the inferior operating systems called Religion & or Spirituality will choose Astrology, Zodiac signs & even “Its in the Lords hands” as their choice of programs to run
