As I mentally set up goals of where I want to go and what I want to achieve, I also want to think about who and how I want to be. I want to be secure, loved and loving. I want to be content and curious, a tad fearless and much more self-assured. I want to be independent and adventurous. I want to be meticulous and disciplined. I want to be strong, mentally and physically. I want to be patient with myself, yet be able to kindly push myself forward when I get complacent. I want to be at ease, and I don’t want be trouble or tense. I want to resolve my issues with my mother and Jocelyn. I want to be a good daughter, niece, sister and friend. I want to be a good colleague, a good neighbour. And I want to be really good to me, and remind myself to laugh, to nap, to read, to draw, to paint, to stretch and to love.
