There is so much emotion in this scene. Camilla just got her real daughter back and she’s leaving again to a demon realm that she CHOSE to be in. Luz has to make a promise to stay home, where as much as Camilla was always there for her, she never had any real friends. She’d have to leave behind so much because she feels guilty for leaving a well off life with a mom who really cared for her, as Vee says. 

How are they going to work this out in season 2b,or even season 3 of itself. Perhaps at the end of season 2 Luz will go home in season 3 the boiling isle has gotten worse and something whether it be a feeling of a friend will get her to go back where she has to not only save the boiling isle but make an agreement with her mom. 

What are your season 2b predictions? I wanna hear them!

Amity grew up believing that she had to be useful in order to prove the worth of her sheer existence. But Luz loves her for who she is, and she doesn't want someone so important to her getting hurt.

Poor Eda, its no wonder she seemed so sad when Lilith mentioned their dad. what happened between them after this. Did her dad avoid her in fear? Did SHE avoid her dad in fear? when was the last time she even saw him? Is that why she kept pushing people away, in fear of hurting them as well. She’s practically been alone until Luz came along.
