It’s a nice, quiet morning for Hermes. He likes his current situation after a long time of having solo wake and bakes by himself. A hand finds its way around her and rests just at the curve of her hip that he’s rubbing. Honestly, he could have gone back to sleep…But there’s no way in hell he’s going to sleep on a moment like this, “So uh, thanks for not callin’ me weird or a nerd.” He’s saying after exhaling smoke, “It’s real nice.”

A soft giggle left her lips as he spoke, a slight shake of her head. “No problem, hun.” She looked at him, reaching up a bit so she could play with his hair a bit. “It’s kinda cute on ya’, anyway. In a fuckable way, if that ain’t too obvious.” She purred softly.

He’s on his back, already pressing a hand rolled cigarette between his lips after finding his case in the back pocket of his jeans. Of course, he can’t really see too good right now, but he’s grinning all the while, “Please babe?” It’s just a light term of affection, but he’s definitely using his manners.

Savannah pulled out her good lighter out of her purse, a smile on her lips as she flipped the lighter top back and leaning in closer to him to light his cigarette. A small smirk appeared as she pulled the lighter away, closing it and placing it back in her purse before laying her head on his chest.

Jon’s words weren’t capable of reaching Ashley.  Not when she was only hearing what he’d said before.  It took a moment for them to register in her head, and another few moments for her to show any sort of reaction to what he’d said.  “I don’t know that you love me,” she said, voice quiet, eyes averted to the floor.  “If you did…”  The blonde broke her sentence off with that, swallowing hard.  “I would break up with Josh, if that’s what it takes,” she told the man standing behind her, knowing he could hear her, even if she wasn’t looking at him.

“Break up with Josh so you can get with his twin brother? How logical does that sound, Ash?! You know how fucked up that would be?!” He asked, his voice getting slightly louder. “Ashley, he may be some guy you work with but that’s my brother! That’s my family and I can’t keep doing him like this!” Jon said, completely frustrated at the situation and unsure of his feelings. “I see what you’re trying to do but you have to consider his feelings too. I’m not going to lose him over this. I wish you could understand that.”

Stop. The word made Ashley’s stomach tighten considerably and lurch all at the same time. She didn’t know what to make of Jon’s words and the direction that her mind was going in wasn’t pretty in the least. “Just like that?” She asked, voice barely above a whisper. “Just like I don’t mean anything to you…” she finished, shoulders falling as those words sank into her head. “Yeah,” she said, turning away.

Jon couldn’t even try to look up at Ashley, knowing that his words would’ve impacted her negatively. He just let out another deep sigh before looking up as she turned away. “Are you serious, Ashley? You know damn well you mean something to me.” He said in a slightly angry tone. The words from her mouth infuriated him just a bit and caused him to stand up. “I can’t do anything with you publicly because you’re with Josh! I’m in love with you and you know that but... we can’t keep doing this!”
