Sometimes i feel as if my relationship has an expiration date, which ofc is whenever I get to have my tits removed lol

It feels so shit knowing that, by becoming my true self, I could be loosing my partner's interest and desire in me.
I already feel some things changing, some distance in bed (mostly); but I also don't trust my mind and the spirals it sends me in whenever I get a little shaken up emotionally, creating wild tragic scenarios and assuming things without any base to them. I don't trust my own feelings and I don't trust my own criteria.
Is anyone else embarrassingly obsessed with the idea of appearing as "cool" to other people, or is it just me and Michael Clifford?
