Jutoh annoyances severe enough to make me stop using it.

I'd just started using Jutoh 2 on a mac to compile my ebooks. I managed to work my way around the interface, menu and mouse options and actually get all the text of the book in there. And then I got stumped. One of my proof-reading activities is to get my mac to read the book back to me. Having a droning computer-voice read your text back is an excellent way to test for typos, homonyms and misplaced words. And there is no way to get the text in Jutoh 2 read by the computer! I mean, what's the point in taking away all the features that the operating system provides?
