Yeah I major in jewelry. It's nice, it's a very creative environment and it helps that taking classes in different departments is so easy. Get to learn a lot of different techniques and disciplines.

Finally finished a project that has been sitting dormant for almost a year. Started this last spring but stopped because of nerves. It is about 98% done. The only remaining thing to do is surface treatment.

And yes this bracelet is entirely hollow. Every aspect of the bracelet was handmade. From the clasp to the cradle hinge.

Ursula ring - finished

Update on the Ursula ring.

Made the base out of sterling silver. Though I was stupid and forgot to actually measure at all, hence the bad geometry on the top. I still need to get the stone for the top of it. Probably heading out tomorrow to get it.
