Fic Summary: Blaine’s a college graduate living in New York with the love of his life.  Or so he thinks.  When he wakes up in the hospital one day, his entire world is turned upside-down.  He’s back in high school, the star of the football team, and nothing is how it should be.  The one person he needs to help get him through this isn’t even his friend.  AU, reverse amnesia fic.
