Advice on Flip Teaching
I work at a high school that just implemented a 1-to-1 tablet program. My administration doesn't really know what they're doing, but want us to use the tablets to their potential. So...
...that leaves me and a few colleagues to figure everything out on our own.
I've been experimenting with flip teaching, but I need advice from someone who's seen it / done it. I've read articles, done the research, etc. Here's what I'm wondering though:
What does the actual, physical classroom look like? Should I organize students in cooperative learning groups? Is the traditional setting (one student at a desk, all in rows, facing forward) worth continuing? Should I ask for tables?
Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
