and you are correct, i’ve really been slacking. it’s hard not to giggle when i see dms on my instagram begging for more, at least people like it as much as i do. i love making crepes and can definitely show you, legend has it that i have one to many aprons to go around and an assortment of colors that you could choose from. i’m thinking blackberry jam, it’s my favorite type. hopefully i won’t destroy my kitchen.

i’m not that great of a cook so i’m probably the worst person to ask for things like that, but if you could cook up some authentic chilean recipes then i’d be stoked. would you judge me if i told you i’ve never seen a single paddington film? i’m the worst, i know. maybe i’ll watch them before the third installment comes out. i’m doing good though, real good actually. currently in canada shooting a tv show. what about you?

a chilean recipe? ....challenge accepted. i’ve had some chilean food, like em-empanadas. i may have butchered the pronunciation, we may have to look over that. i’ll definitely look up more up. you know what, i honestly thought about judging but since hearing statement, i guess it’s okay. kidding, kidding--- but you’d have more than enough time. at this rate, i genuinely believe it’ll come out in maybe two years? but i promise you will not regret it, leaves you with a warm feeling in your stomach. tell me about your tv show! whats the name? i’m just doing some press for ‘black widow’, it’s fun. just wish i could wake up later for it.

I think they’re really cute! Oh um, that’s a tough question. I feel like I change my mind once a week. Right now I’m obsessed with this recipe for szechuan lettuce wrap. The addiction is real and I promise if you try it you’ll love it as much as I do. It is? Wow, instant hit huh? I have a feeling you’ll be first in line to see it when it comes out huh? I’m good, though my morning wasn’t as rainbows and sunshine as yours. But the day is still young right? 

oh, stop it! i’ll blush... but wait a minute, a szechuan lettuce wrap, that sounds divine. i’ll mark it down in my notepad, i have no doubt that i’ll gobble them up right after i finish the video. of course, i’ll have to save one for you on the side now. i’m just saying, the children don’t know what’s going to hit them when they see a twenty-something year old woman camping outside of the cinema waiting to see a movie about an animated bear. don’t tell me that, is everything good, love? hope so.

You can never go wrong stir frying just about anything so I’d suggest that. Or you could try an air fryer recipe since those things are all the rage these days. Hell yeah, good news about the things you love is the best! And that’s a pretty cute bear, you’ve chosen wisely. Right at this very moment I’m wondering how to pack for this cabin trip. So many bathing suits, so little time. 

stir-fry is so amazing and simple, best way to have a good meal without spending a crazy amount of time on it, that’s perfect! oh goodness... airfryers. i’ve definitely been feeling extra fancy after i bought one a few months ago. it does give you an ego boost to know you cook cook almost anything in such a short amount of time.he really is, i just hope he doesn’t go to jail next time, seeing a little bear behind bars took me for a loop. you’re telling me, i’m such an indecisive packer. hey, if you help me haul half my closet into my cabin--- i’ll help haul all your bathing suits.

I’m doing pretty good if I must say so myself. I’ve been somewhat busy with a couple movies doing press and stuff like that for them. I’ve just been extremely busy and ready for it to slow down just a little bit.

oh!! press? please do tell for which films. i’ve seen some of your stuff, my favorite being ‘the strangers: prey at night’, such a fun movie--- terrifying too,. hopefully it does slow for as well, doing press can be quite tiring but also rewarding. always nice to know people care about you do, you know?

How do you feel about vegan food? It’s all I eat, and I would love to see some new recipes. I love a good eggplant parmesan, or anything with jackfruit. Anything vegan I can promise I would attempt to make. I’m doing good! Just relaxing with a glass of wine after a busy day filming on my movie. And I have tomorrow off which sounds like heaven.

oh my goodness! i love vegan food. hmmm-- have you ever had any crispy jackfruit tacos or perhaps eggplant puttanesca!? but you’re right about eggplant parmesan, that’s actually one of the first vegan dishes i had, never stopped eating those type dishes since. plus, i think i’d like a bit cool if i got vanessa morgan to view any of my cooking stoires, i’ll have bragging rights. oh, well that just sounds like a dream.. may i ask you about your project? unless you have to keep anything underwraps.

men really shouldn’t have an opinion on what women do with their appearance. the moment any of them ever do that, they’re out the door. plus, you’re gorgeous either way! and them? they are absolutely rubbish with their 3 in 1 body wash.

I love Space Jam, He did, hope he didn’t break too many things? What kind of milkshake was it and did you get a new one? I love you on the big screen. I only went to the zoo with my kids.

it’s pretty good, i remember seeing it a few years ago. little did i know, it was released not too long after i was born. he chewed up my charger and got into the trash so that was all over the floor, but i love him far too much so all i did was give him the silent treatment for five minutes. i gave up on my milkshake though, i was far too gone from the shop that i picked it up from to replace-- resin peace and all those things. thank you so much! i could say the same for you, you’re phenomenal actor. a zoo trip with the kids? that sounds lovely, must’ve been fun regardless!

pft! not true. the body can survive up to twenty-one days without food- so maybe not entirely, but you could go almost a month without solids. so, basically, get a hangover a few times a month and you’d basically be living off liquids if you’re like me where you can’t eat a thing or function at all the day after overdoing it. aloe vera it is. that’s what i’ve been using since that’s what my parents used to just slap on me and my brother as kids and I haven’t heard of any other remedies that anyone else has used for it. just slapping gobs of green slime on our bodies and pretending we’re paralyzed so we don’t trigger pain. 

i’d like to think that every single time i break myself off my month long liquid diet, alcohol included, i’ll break it for my ultimate craving, ice cream cake-- seems reasonable, right? that’s definitely me, i can be so fickle with food sometimes, but you can contribute that to my sensitive stomach. oh absolutely! i mean the only other thing you can do is take a cool showers or maybe take some ibuprofen could help with pain. your parents seem really wise. luckily, i may be small but i have the strength of a million men, if you’ve got anything to to do, i will simply wheel your paralyzed body there... or i guess the smart thing would be to rest, but just in case, i thought i should throw that out there.

it’s been sixteen weeks. sixteen long weeks since i’ve made a ‘cooking with flo’ story with one of my favorite recipes. would you happen to have any favorite dishes of your own for future reference? i’ll be sure to give you credit. maybe i could make some jam next time around in honor of my favorite movie, paddington, who is officially recieving its third installment, confirmed this year. the birds are chirping, my skin is clear and life is great. how are you doing today? please, catch me up!
