I’m glad it’s a weekend,

I can only be this drunk and numb on my days off…. There is no pain. I forget about everything.

I wish I could say I was over you… There are days I don’t think about you. But there are also days that I just wish I didn’t mess up. I should have done things differently. I was stupid but life goes on… I just miss you sometime. I feel like I’m over you and then I get hit with days like this. Where I can’t stop thinking about you. Your smile. Your sense of humor. You… I thought you were so perfect. Looking back I can see why things did not work out but I still miss you. You were amazing. But not. It’s weird. I know as a girlfriend logically you were not a good girlfriend but I can’t help but miss that beautiful smile of yours. Your playful banter. The way you dance around. The way you sang to Disney songs on long road trips. I loved the way you laughed. Your smirky laugh was the best when you tried not to laugh at my puns. I miss you tonight. I really do but I know you probably don’t think of me at all. I wanted to be friends. But while you are with Calgary I just didn’t think it would be appropriate. It’s hard being without you. You were such a big part of my life and I don’t know if you know that. I’m listening to the EDC live stream because I decided not to go. Oh, I ended up getting a full sleeve. It’s pretty crazy, I decided to do it on a whim like a lot of things. I committed because that’s how I am. Anyways I hope you are living your best life. I’m doing better. I want to be friends and I miss you but I’m moving along. Career wise I’m doing well. Physically, I am getting better. My progress is slow because I am not having a perfect diet but I’m still losing weight. Mentally idk. I have never thought about it. You never asked. But I will get through it. No matter what I’ll be strong. Because I can rely on myself. Even if I have no one I’ll have me and I can do it. I can do it one step at a time, no matter how short they are. Days like this suck.

🩺 On October 1, 2021, Planned Parenthood partnered with Tumblr to rally supporters for abortion justice and defend access to abortions at 539 rallies in every state.

🩺 On September 3, 2021, Tumblr and Planned Parenthood partnered up in response to a Texas law that came into effect September 1, S.B. 8., effectively banning abortion in the state and asking private citizens to act as bounty hunters who “enforce” the law.

Allow people to like you, to enjoy your company, to want to be your friend. Allow them to compliment you, allow others to think you're cool and funny even if you think you're not.
