I hate looking for floorplans but I’m too impatient to create one all by myself. That’s where this website comes in. The Make Room allows you to create a room (even place furniture). You have two options upon entering: Make your own plan (by entering your own dimensions) or select a premade plan and edit it.

Mostly it helps me place furniture and then I can freely place walls where I want while in game. It saves me a lot of time editing and reediting rooms when furniture doesn’t fit properly.  Here’s an example of one of the premade plans:

You can click the walls and change them, add and delete furniture, etc. I can’t explain it all fully, so I suggest you try it out.

What I meant by submitting was that perhaps you could have people link you to sites of their favorite floor plans. For example, say I found this really great floor plan that wasn't really my cup of tea, but maybe someone else would want to build it, would you be interested in my submitting the link to the floor plan so someone else might have a go? I know a lot of people (well, I do) spend hours searching for the perfect floor plan and this could be really helpful to those nit-picky people (:

Oldhollywoodlovingteen: I am not looking for anyone to build, but thank you for the offer!

But, I will keep submitting in mind. I'm not sure how I want to go about that yet. Maybe have people show plans for their own houses? Also maybe allow people to post their versions of plans that have been posted? I'll have to mull it over in my head a bit.

I posted some, but I will keep an eye out for more! Trying to spread it out for all size families :)

Also, keep in mind, all floor plans can be altered to fit your family size.
