{High School Shenanigans}
《♬ー His expression indifferent, he opened his eyes and simply stared at her. She was close…a bit too close. Inching back, he kept his hands where they were and glanced around the room. Why’d she come into class so early? Other students would have just waited outside. As a matter of fact,she didn’t look familiar. Was she new? Giving a tilt of the head as if she’d get the message he was asking who she was, he continued to just…stare. Perhaps she’ll be creeped out by his staring and won’t talk to him again. Who knew honestly. It’s not like he really cared, I mean, it just meant less work for him. Not to mention it’d be her loss. She must be questioning why he didn’t reply to her, but then again…maybe she could figure out he was mute. Or maybe she’d mistake him as deaf like everyone else did at first. He could sign, but what if she didn’t know sign language? He could write in the palm of her hand, but what if she didn’t get it? And then the third option is that he could write on a piece of paper for her but… .that was too much work for him. He just wanted to relax and not have to deal with anyone. Why did she decide to talk to him anyway? He was the only one in the class room and what not…usually that set off alarms in peoples heads, showing perhaps he was some weird kid or some psycho.ー》
╣✿╠ She blinked a few times before leaning back up, standing straight once again.
"I'm new." She gave a quick answer. "You wouldn't know me I guess. My name is Kastella. It's nice to meet you. "She gave a wide grin and held out her hand, hoping the other would shake it in return.
But that was wishful thinking.
