Formalin isn't magic water! It won't penetrate an entire organ! I was literally beaten around the head by this mantra in undergrad! *frustrated yelling and sounds of breaking glassware*

I feel like our lab turns into a cooking show when we’ve got big samples to send off because you end up having to slice and dice anything to fit into those tiny sample pots 😂

Legs go in large sample bags with practically every formalin jar in the building emptied into it. :p
