Iām not necessarily one for conversation starters - HOWEVER, I am one for telling a good embarrassing story or fact about myself. Hereās a good one, a rather fresh one for you... As of about two days ago, Iāve discovered Iāve been watering a plastic plant for approximately...one year. Yeah, one year. Mind you, I donāt know if Iām just not observant or up in the clouds but you would think I would have noticed that this plant hasnāt grown or changed in a YEARS WORTH OF TIME. In my defense, itās a bloody succulent so of course those donāt change too much but my god. The plant was a gift from an old friend but never once did they tell the thing wasnāt even real! Any who... Thatās my embarrassing Flo fact of the day for you.Ā
EXACTLY! I looked at this bloody thing and it was so dead on, I thought -- there is NO way this thing is fake. THEY PUT FAKE DARK SPOTS ON IT! Itās good to know that the fake plant industry has more than one victim and Iām not the only one. Iāve reached a point I have to touch the dirt and smell the thing to make sure itās the real deal. I will be faked no longer. I swear by it! Lord knows what else weāve been fooled by and still havenāt discovered yet.Ā
