If he can take an outside shower, even better. His childhood home in District 4/the oceanside town he lived in in modern verses, he had an outside shower meant to be used to just wash off sand before going inside but he would often take full showers in it.

If he isnt able to swim for whatever reason, he will lay in bed while the sun is still trying to rise into the sky and just... lay there. Not really dissociating but also not trying to think too much.

He likes to keep the windows open so he can hear the sounds of the waves hitting the shore, or the steady buzz of cars going by(modern/tvd verses). A thin blanket or sheet if its nice out, a comforter in the winter months.
If with someone, he likes to be big spoon and will have his nose pressed against his partner's neck or back as they curl into each other.
