Roxy winked at him and while that wasn’t uncommon, Dirk reacted the same way every time. Or, rather, he didn’t react. Luckily enough, he didn’t get flustered by flirting. It kind of was a formula in his head that he had worked out after a long while of studying it. While he didn’t really see the point, he had certain friends that he would engage it with. Like Rox.

"You always say that," he pointed out as he took a seat next to her on the bench. There is a slight smile audible in his voice but it doesn’t show on his face.

"By the way, do you remember those hypotheticals I was speaking about earlier?" He waits for her to respond, wondering if she recalled the question he had asked about a cat wearing different attire.
