Sooo this is my very first attempt on posting something 🙈
I just got home from the full rehearsel of CC Part One in Hamburg, Germany. English isnt my first language and Im still so excited so please excuse any mistakes.
It was beautiful. Ive seen CC in London 2 years ago and had no idea what to expect cause I stayed away from any spoilers. I fell in love with Scorbus right away and couldnt wait to see them again.
The german Albus and Scorpius are adoreable! Scorpius made everyone laugh and you just wanted to hug him. Hes a bit over the top with everything he does, like almost screaming at Albus when they first meet, but thats an absolute compliment. You can feel how sad he is about the rumours or Astorias death and the forced seperation between him and Albus. You can see how jealous he is of Delphi and how this is making him unsure. But you can also feel his excitment and joy and how funny he can be. I love him. Sometimes he spoke SO fast it was hard to follow tho haha. 😂💜
Albus is great too! Hes good with the sadness, dissapointment and anger. I feel like he can do a bit more after some more practise with the audience. Im really excited to see him again in a month. Scorpius plays more with the attention and overshadows Albus sometimes. But its still cute. Albus does a great job with Delphi, Scorpius and Harry. It was hard to watch the blanket scene, very emotional.
The hugs got some AWWWWs from the audience and were really sweet. Scorpius was really shocked and didnt move a bit 😂💜 and you could feel how much Albus needed the hug 💜
The staircase Ballet was amazing. They looked at each other and you could see their sadness. Scorpius tried so hard to get to Albus and Albus did an amazing job on avoiding Scorpius while still trying to be near to him.
The other cast did good as well. I love Harry. Draco needs to show more power. He got some laughs where there shouldnt have been some cause his voice wasnt matching his acting if that makes any sense. Other than that he was great as well. You really saw how much he loved Scorpius.
Ron wasnt as funny as my London Ron, so he didnt stood out for me as much. I really liked Ginny. Hermione sometimes was a bit quiet.
All in all Im absolutely in love with the cast and how they transferred CC into another language. I cant wait to see Part 2 tmrw.
