Apps For Age Regressors

I’m using an iPhone, so I don’t know if they will be available for others! I’m going to go through 5 apps I love using when I’m little.

1. Toca Life World

Toca Life World combines a lot of the Toca Life apps (my favourite is the hospital one). Sadly it does cost money but I don’t know if it all does. Each world costs a little bit and you can have it in one app. Or just get them separate.

You can make characters and take them places like to the store, their house, the doctor or dentist, and can use multiple characters and animals and pets!

2. Toca Birthday Party

Toca Birthday Party is an app a lot of people don’t know exists and it is really simple. You get to have a birthday party and select the cake and present, and you can play with the items then clean it up at the end.

Playing this with stuffies can be really fun or with a carer. It’s simple and cute and fun to do mindlessly!

3. Animal Crossing Pocket Camp

This was the first version of Animal Crossing I played. It’s very cute and fun, and getting villagers is a lot easier!! You can catch bugs and fish and open fortune cookies. You also get to pick if you want to invite a villager to your island once you get your friendship level high enough.

This one is a bit more complicated than the last two but it’s really underrated and I love playing it when I’m waiting in line for things or on car rides.

4. Fish and Trip

Fish and Trip is very easy and fun, you get a school of fish by swimming and try to grow it as big as possible, while avoiding enemies and earning coins. You can then get more and more designs of fish!

5. Cooking Mama

I think most people know this exists, you basically just make recipes and food!! It’s really fun and I love doing it. Cupcakes is the most fun one because you get to do the frosting at the end.

How to set up a temporary agere space in your room!

So, you have an hour or more of free time? You want to use that time to regress? That’s awesome! Here are some tips for regressing alone in your room, especially if you have to stay in there.

🍼 Remember stations at elementary school? For your activities, try doing something like that. Even if it’s just different things in different places on the floor.

🍼 Make sure any devices that won’t be plugged in while you’re using them are fully charged! You don’t wanna be playing games or watching cartoons and then your device dies.

🍼 For the lighting, try something a little softer. If you have multiple lamps/lights, try putting all of them on except the main light. But make sure if you’re doing something like coloring, make sure there is light that will cast where you want to work so you can see what you’re doing.

🍼 Make sure your sippy/bottle/cup is full, and try to possibly get water bottles filled with the same liquid to refill it, as many of them are pretty small and can’t hold much.

🍼 Try making a pile of soft things! Blankets, pillows, the works. I like to set mine up on a bean bag. It’s super comfy, especially if you get sleepy and need to take an emergency nap. 

🍼 Get snackies! Put them in containers inside a lunchbox for that kindergarten feel. If you need ideas, check out my post about agere snacks!

🍼 Try to set everything up when you’re big! When you’re smol, the tiniest task can be a huge mountain to climb over. So save yourself the stress and set up the area before you begin regressing. (if you regress voluntarily)

🍼 If you have stuffies that wear different clothes throughout the day, get them all changed and ready to play with you for smol time!
