“You have a do not touch sign?” Stitch asked, not paying close attention to much else as his dark eyes began to scan the shop for this sign. When he spotted it, he simply nodded and decided to not comment on it. Not having a family of his own, he could only guess at how important something from family member might be. Although he felt some guilt, it confused him more than it convinced him to apologize. “Can’t your sister just send you a new one. You can send stuff in packages, you know.”

“Because then you run the potential of ruining what you are moving. Just like what happened.” She told him. “I did actually. I have a lot to do, that didn’t include having to go back and do this again.” 

“Maybe you should just get less fragile things.” He argued, trying to find any way to avoid blame. “Well, sucks to be you then because I’m certainly not fixing this for you.” He was convinced he couldn’t do it even if he had wanted to.

to be honest, the camera wouldn’t be much of a loss. although small and fragile, belle was certain papa would be able to fix it – maybe even herself, if she put enough effort. the thing broken in half would survive, belle had enough faith; but, you see, that’s hardly the issue in here. this guy accidentally (innocent until proven otherwise, right?) breaks her possessions, yet he shamelessly has no heart to assume it and apologize for it? belle just wouldn’t stand for it. “superglue will not do, but that is quite alright. however, it’s unfounded that i have more guilt than you do.” the brunette explains, not for a moment holding back her indignation. “shouldn’t you say you’re sorry, at the very least?”

Stitch scrunched his face up at the word sorry as if he had a strong disliking for it. In all honesty, the man wasn’t used to saying. He’d wreck things and never apologize for it. It may not have gotten him far in life, but it had become something of a bad habit. He shook his head, “Why should I have to say sorry? You left it out.”

“you’re a very rude boy. how would you feel if someone ripped up something of yours. i’ve about six different sets of notes and sometimes i lose track of them, but i always find them, i literally was gone for like five mins. you can’t just break things that aren’t yours.”

“And you’re a very annoying stupid head.” He muttered under his breath. “If someone ripped up something of mine, I would just beat them up.” He said as if the answer was simple and not problematic. “I do it all the time, it’s not a big deal.”

“You ruined an expensive item while knowing you were broke???!!!” Kaa hissed. The brunette no longer calm. Fury now replaced the annoyance shown earlier in her eyes. Killing people is illegal and bothersome. Kaa chanted inside her head over and over, clutching her phone tightly. “You…you…” She stuttered, too mad to even form coherent sentences. “You are going to work this off or so help me you’ll wish you were six feet under!”

“It was an accident?” Stitch offered, still not showing any remorse and completely aware that it was not an accident. That wasn’t something she needed to know though. Instead of taking the threat seriously, like he should have, the man laughed. “Yeah, I don’t think so. It’s not really my problem. Like I said earlier, you should be more careful with your things if you don’t want people to break them.”

Ariel ignored him for the moment, opening up the chest. Disappointment flashed across her face at seeing the rocks inside the chest. “Ugh, it is lame.” She shook her head, picking one up and holding it to the light, “I might as well give it away or put it back.”

A smug look crossed his face as he saw the lame treasure. Of course Stitch wasn’t interested in a bunch of pretty rocks. “Told you it would be something lame.” He said, rather pleased with himself for being right. “So you’re just going to bury it again?”

“you’re right.” she admitted defeat, throwing her hands up in forfeit before instantly dropping them back down to her sides where they would swing, a smile stretching across her face as she tiptoed toward the male and the shredded novel. “do you know what sounds better than fixing it? throwing the pages off the top of a building.”

Stitch was used to people disagreeing with his views and arguing with him so he was a little taken back when the girl in front of him agreed with him. He briefly showed his surprise on his face before nodding, “I know I’m right.” He announced confidently. The man’s face lit up at her suggestion. “I like that idea much better. Should we try to find the tallest building in town to throw them off?”

she played with her fingers, nervous energy running through her. the hatter hated confrontation but she was upset over her little display. “a st–stupid head? you’re act–acting like a child. all–all i want is–is an apology for br–breaking my things.”

“A stupid head.” He confirmed with a nod before he looked genuinely confused. “An apology? Why should I apologize?” He asked. The man rarely, if ever, apologized for the things he did.

“Why ask when I can just move it myself?” It was easier to just do things himself, but the chances he’d ruin whatever he touched increased. “Did you really have anything better to do with your time anyways?”

Kaa could feel her right temple throb in annoyance. The woman praying silently for the strength not to lash at the male for ruining such an expensive item. Her eyes soon narrowing into slits as the male refused to take responsibility. “You are clumsssy, irresssponsible, juvenile, idiotic—” The words flew out of Kalini’s mouth while she closed the gap between the two. “You owe me. Now pay up.” The designer demanded, poking the male’s chest boldly.

Stitch couldn’t argue with most of what she called him. He heard it all before and on some level accepted it as true. “Yeah well, believe it or not, I’m not exactly rolling in cash right now. I couldn’t pay to replace this even if I wanted to.” He stubbornly replied. It was partly true, he definitely didn’t have the money to replace it, but he had some money on him he could have offered.

Audrey sighed heavily. Annoyance clear in her expression, body language and tone when she spoke. She never was good at hiding feelings like that. Oh well. “Because it’s not yours. Obviously it’s someone else’s.” She pointed out. “Yeah yeah, or maybe you should stop being such an imbécil.” It was spoken very similarly, but the accent was stronger when she spoke the final word in the sentence. “Shut up.” She stated rather simply. “I don’t have time for children right now.”

“So?” The fact that it wasn’t his didn’t matter at the end of the day. He took, and usually destroyed, whatever he wanted. Stitch still struggled very hard to get along with others and consider their feelings instead of just his own. “I’m not the one being an imbecile.” He retorted like a child. “You shut up. I’m not the child, you are.” He declared, once more behaving childishly just as she had said.

“there’s no sign because people shouldn’t have to put signs on their personal pieces of property that they reside in!” eve snaps, turning back to the open door of her warehouse and looking over her motorcycle to see that it wasn’t wounded. “i’m gonna fashion a crowbar up your ass.” she mutters, not playing into his anger because if she did with her tone then her muscles would burn and she’d end up bruising her knuckles more than they usually were already. 

“Well maybe they should put signs up just in case. Then people would know for sure not to go in there.” He snapped right back. Not that something like that would deter him. Stitch disliked being told what to do and would much rather do as he pleased.

Pleakley had been strutting down the street to his venue when a sight caused his perfectly beat eyes to nearly pop out of his head. “STITCH!? HONEY IS THAT YOU!?!” Pleakley cried, running over to the boy with limbs flailing.

As soon as Stitch heard the familiar voice, he dropped the argument he was having with another person completely. “I don’t know who else it would be, unless I have a doppelganger running around somewhere.” He replied with a smile.

Stitch rolled his eyes, but handed her the chest anyways. He stuck around to see if he was right. “What are you going to do with it if it’s something lame?”

rita was at a loss for words. she was familiar with attitudes much like this males, had lived with four boy for the vast majority of her life. ah yes, superglue, another thing she was familiar with. “there’s sentimental value behind that watch, smart ass. superglue can’t fix that — only a lot of money can.”

 “Yeah well, I have superglue, not a lot of money so I can’t help you there.” Stitch responded before shaking his head. “It’s just a watch. You hardly see people wearing them anymore so who cares?”

“someone should leave you laying around.” eve huffed, like maybe at the pound for starters. “there’s no ‘open’ sign here.” she snaps, pointing at the warehouse behind her and the open door of the space, her space. “but sure come on in, just let me fashion you a shock-collar.”

Stitch thought someone already had technically left him laying around, but that wasn’t something he wanted to discuss so he reacted angrily. “There’s no ‘closed’ sign either! And if there is, you did a shitty job of making it visible!” He shouted. “Fashion yourself a stupid shock-collar.” He shot back.

Snatching her necklace back, Jane glared over at him, nose scrunched up. “How was this my fault? You’re the one that sat on it! That won’t do anything for this.”

 “Maybe don’t put your stuff where people are going to sit?” Stitch suggested with an attitude. “Well I’m not an expert at fixing necklaces so how was I supposed to know superglue wouldn’t fix it? It’s supposed to fix basically anything!”
