after one year, i made it! kind of

all because i got to meet you.

words cannot express the gratitude i feel when people have interest in my muses and i, as having a multimuse can be kind of daunting! especially when you’re as scatterbrained and moody as i am, and often fall into dark places. but thanks to your support, kindness, and time, i stayed. i keep coming back to check up on everyone even if i am seldom replying. i’m always watching over people; it’s what i do best, silently.

whether you followed because of my fallen jimin, or starry eyed delta, or because a friend followed me and you were interested, i thank you. i know i am not the most active of rpers, and i’m shy and clumsy, but you stayed.

i cannot emphasize enough, how happy i am to have created this blog.

Hakyeon closed his eyes as Seokjin spoke. He let out a short sigh.

“If we care about each other enough we’ll be able to work anything out,” he said with a voice weary, “The doubt and guilt you have…it’s making me nervous too. But…” Hakyeon opened his eyes to stare down at his socks, soft pink, “I care about you too much Damian.” Another sigh. Soon there will be no breath left in him.

He opened his mouth to continue but stopped.

“…I understand.” A strange feeling strung together in his chest, slowly wrapping itself along his windpipe. “And I’ll try my best to understand everything else you’ll say.” For the first time he looked up at the other with a smile. Weak, tired, but still a smile.

There was a nervous nibbling upon his lower lip. Seokjin whipped the palms of his hands against his sweatpants because they grew sweaty. All he could think about was the mark blending into his skin in a disguise of a “birthmark” on the nape of his neck. It was a symbol that intertwined so many complicated details.

“I also want you to know that I never cared any less about you... I’m sorry for keeping secrets. I do care about you a lot, hyung. ” He had to let Hakyeon know, especially since hearing his birth given name instigated a tight, twisting ache in his chest. 

It’s time. 

“I’m with them, we’re all together.. I know it’s not normal but it’s probably the most normal part of it all..Because they’re not... completely human. I think you and Jimin should have the conversation about him, but Jungkook--” Oh no, why did he suddenly get so nauseous? Just say it. “He’s a demon.”

▶ His lips formed a small ‘o’ shape before the warm smile spread across his lips again. “I’m glad! I forgot you did schooling too..How do you keep up with both?” He too chuckled softly, Moving a hand up to cup his nape from the next questioned asked. Hoseok hadn’t exactly been doing anything to talk about and have the other person be in awe. “Me? Oh..Just the usual staying home or taking visits to the hospital, Alittle more frequently for check ups!” He tried to sound optimistic about it, Flashing the taller male a bright smile as he quickly and so easily changes the topic. “So are you free right now? We could go for a coffee or something!”

There was this swift little shake of the head done by the elder in response to the question about his schedule. “Man, I don’t know. It’s often exhausting, honestly. I have an appointment with someone at the school to make sure if everything is set for me to graduate in February though. Fingers crossed!” Seokjin’s lips grew into a hopefuly smile. He really was tired of dragging college on at this point. “Aw that’s good, that means the check-ups are going well right? oh, yes! I have some free time right now. Coffee would be great. Let’s head to the one nearby.”

Hakyeon’s nails dug into his arms. He kept his face as neutral as possible while Seokjin told his excuses. The words clutched his heart. He opened his mouth to speak but stopped himself. Breathe. He gazed down to Seokjin’s neck. Breathe.

He looked away completely. “We’ve known each other-” He stopped himself, his lips settling into a flat line. “We’re different people, so I won’t always understand your thinking, but you know I’ll always listen.” His nails digged deeper. He needs to be compassionate. He needs to be understanding. That’s who he is, right? “I will speak my mind, but we’ve always been able to work things out before.” He swallowed and shifted his weight. “You keeping things from me won’t solve anything, and you know that.”

The guilt was swelling in his chest. Seokjin avoided eye contact and he looked as if he wanted to curl in on himself with the way his shoulders slacked with a lack of confidence and his arms crossed. His right foot began to tap against the floor and he chewed onto his lower lip. It was unusual for him to be this way but it was just awfully hard for him to figure out how to explain his unique situation. 

“You’re right...” He at least admitted before going quiet again. During the pause he forced himself to stand correctly and relax his muscles. At least as best as he could. “It’s a lot to take in hyung. I’m going to sound nuts if I tell you.. what if we can’t work it out this time? That’s something I’ve thought about-- and-- before you find out anything I just need you to know I love both Jimin and Jungkook. A lot.”

▶ The sudden hug was a ultimate surprise to him, His body resting with relaxed shoulders when in the hold of the taller male’s embrace, His own arms wrapping themselves around his middle. “I’m doing fine..” He replied because fine was the only word he could think of. “How are you? How’s the floristry going? Busy this time of year?” Hoseok is first to break the embrace, Although it felt nice, It may be strange to just stand there hugging one another, Not that he wondered what pass-byers thought.

He easily broke away from the hug when Hoseok did and hummed at the response. When asked about how he was doing he made sure to answer the questions. “Yeah I’m doing well! Trying to finish up school and things at the shop have been okay. Just trying to keep up.” Seokjin chuckled softly and nodded his head a bit, “I’m glad to see you. What have you been up to lately?”

▶ Turning his head with a swift turn, His expression instantly brightening his whole features at the sight of his friend. “Seokjin Hyung!” He exclaimed with a chuckle that followed along. “There’s only one me.”

When he saw the other male’s face at full frontal view and received confirmation of who it was, Seokjin’s own face brightened up as well. “Hey!!” The elder rushed on over to him and proceeded to tug him into a hug; the shameless hyung that he is. “It’s been too long, how have you been?”

seokjin made a compelling argument that was difficult for a glutton demon to refuse. not only will he get what he wants out of this but she will be left with a gruesome treat to feed her sinful taste. after tonight the human won’t be left in any sort of long-term debt to ina and that is exactly how he wanted it. giving him her blood ensured that he could do all of the work on his own (since glutton demons are also lazy, after all) and the iron taste ran strong when he consumed every drop of her donated amount. 

there was a rush screaming through his veins. the blood of the devil’s spawn fueled his state; he was mentally sharper and physically stronger. it was practically a power drug that allowed him to take on numerous men. seokjin was already a killer but he was beyond his normal abilities as a human to ensure the safety of his own life.

covered in black clothing and sporting his kitsune mask he was unrecognizable and merciless with the knife in his hand. one by one, with every slice of the neck, stabs to the chest, and every fight along the way he found himself getting closer. every time he asked for jimin’s location wrong answers were met with his wrath. 

finally seokjin was met with the last man to handle his boyfriend and knocked him to the ground. the masked florist held the knife up to his neck and demanded to know where jimin was. “straight down the hall, the fenced area-” and even though he was the only one to comply, his life wasn’t spared either as the key was stolen right from his pockets. 

he followed the given directions and ran. everything that happened in the warehouse behind him was already a blur. even if he was covered in the stench and stains of bloodshed, his mind was too preoccupied with only one thing. “jimin.” he breathed out heavily the moment he made it. the murderer still wasted no time and hurried to unlock the cage his lover was kept in and pulled him out. 

“i’ve got you.” was all hyung said with a firm grip onto the shorter male before actually tossing him over his shoulder. it was to save time, to allow himself to get out of there as soon as possible as he left through the back.
