Crow and the others often thought adults were easier to trick and keep away from the market, and were normally proven correct. Though they had let more people in since Layton had helped the town. And this person seemed a bit different than the rest, and looked a bit familiar too.
Donning the black raven costume, Crow finally went face to mask with the newcomer and crossed his arms.
“Well, it seems you’ve solved our riddles. What brings you to our market?”
even with a higher than average iq, clive had somehow managed to get himself lost. not that it was a big deal, or a ridiculous thought ; he was new to this place. it was disgustingly foreign to him. while attempting to find his way to someone or something informative, he’d stumbled across numerous puzzles. not one to decline a challenge, he’d solved every one he came across, becoming increasingly unaware that he was getting himself into a more confusing labyrinth than he’d been in before. so the boy, to say the least, was quite astonished to find the other in front of him.
‘ i’m… lost, if you truly care. your puzzles weren’t all too challenging, though i suppose i’m just speaking for myself. and i apologise if i sound rude, but i don’t believe for a moment that… this… is your usual attire. ’
Truth be told, he never found them that hard anyways. Though someone had to know the sins were to make sure it was right. Or maybe it was just his ego. When the stranger questioned his appearance, he rolled his eyes behind the mask
“Yes, because every sane person wears stuff like this all the time.”
